Custard....😋 A few weeks ago, I was feeling cheeky because I bought some Diamond walnuts that have pumpkin pie seasoning. They were on sale for $2.50 a bag. I bought some extras to send to friends at the holidays and forgot to put them in the packages. So now I have several of them, and the only idea I have so far is to use them with oatmeal or yogurt. Until now....😄

@DimitrasDishes oh, I live alone, so I doubt I'll make it. But I can dream.... the walnuts are Diamond brand. They're probably still around. They also had cinnamon toffee pecans. They have sugar on them, so I have something I'd usually try to avoid, but plain oats or plain whole grain cereal has to have something...

There are a few eggless custard recipes on youtube. Haven't used them myself though, so can't vouch for them
