Things like waking up for the morning prayer at 5am, Scientists are only recently finding out about the benefits of waking up that early when Muslims have been doing it for thousands of years. But sure... because islam got possibly this thing right, then you should study a whole religion that was based on other divine books from the time and stole other religions ideas and stories. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. You shouldn't look at what islam got right, you should look at what islam got wrong. Maybe then, your eyes will open a bit.

Something interesting about food consumption is that it triggers dopamine release which is a common reason for overeating. It's possible that you're not hungry, but rather suffering from dopamine/serotonin deficiency. If you're staying physically active and/or social, so that you receive these releases through different means, your cravings should, according to personal experience, subside.

My grandma in poland used to wake up at 4:30 and go work on the farm animals and the field. Used to come back around 10 oclock to have breakfast. Homemade bread, cheese, pork eggs all that stuff. My grandad used to go fishing at 3 oclock in the morning and got back at 8/9 and helped grandma and had a Smoke before breakfast. These People were fasting for 5-6 Hours after waking up

if I eat food within 2 or 3 hours of waking up I will be dead tired within 30 minutes of finishing eating regardless of the amount. I tend to either eat small meals throughout the day or I'll eat once and fast the rest of the day usually eat a large meal at about 6pm and i'm good I will say i've noticed I struggle to stay energized throughout the day(recently quit drinking alcohol and energy drinks)

He is right for everything except that "your body will only focus on digesting your food at night"
In fact, in my experience, it mostly repairs and detoxes me rather than digesting food in my stomach because that is just acid doing its thing dude. He is right about addiction and self-awareness though.

Yah I use to live in the reservation but now I'm in the city. Back at home we eat only when we were hungry all we eat was sheep and well water. No salt or suger sometimes. In school I was more energy than the rest of the kids. But I was a kid that didn't like school hated it. Never really understood it it was something that I always avoided. But now I'm learning alot from u and people around me.
