I am really surprised FoW didn't limit the RoF to represent the Soviet crews being untrained in the use of these machines. I am also really surprised that you can take 3 Panthers. Now that with a spearhead that might be a touch scary, specially backed by a hoard of infantry dragged along with them. Heck, just parking 3 Panthers in some cover and just using them as a forward fire base with 6 shots a turn going down field would be pretty good.
