Assassin's Creed had a mode like that eight players all hunting each other down. No teams and you can set traps, trick other players to kill NPCs and stun them when fall for your trick. Good times!
There's a unique NPC that has invitation to Robberts office, he spawns on a bench near the water, then walks to the left completely alone. You can take his disguise and just walk straight through Robberts entire facility without anyone saying a word.
I've never played with this mod, but if you get the timing right, you could sneak through from the rafters, into the building, through the window, up a pipe, and onto the balcony with the satellite dish without being seen. This is typically my go-to for SASO/No KO on Miami. With the mod it's probably riskier, but I'm able to sneak into Robert's office and turn on the AC for the poisoned eyedrops kill, but you can also shoot the computer and leave a weapon on the ground in the storage room to distract Robert's guard, providing you just enough time to kick him off the balcony and leave.

People can actually see and hear really good, and a simple glimpse of someone or the dropping sound of a body is all it takes to make you go “what the fuck was that”. As for people being suspicious in non-restricted places, just imagine a tall bald man with a barcode on the back of his head walking around like he just shit his pants. So, this basically just became Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. Nice video 👍

I'm a bit confused why you can't just knock out everyone as they come investigate you. There were plenty of instances in the footage captured where this could have been done. But maybe this is on the highest difficulty where they basically kill you instantly.
Honestly? Seems like a bit much. Most people won’t investigate a random sound; they’ll look, sure, but if the sound doesn’t repeat, or there’s nothing immediately noticeable, they’ll ignore it. (Okay, Security Guards might investigate, but not regular Joes and Janes)
Sierra, or any car crash-related deaths will actually leave the body inside, if you go into freecam (with the mod for anyone wondering) and look into the car wreck you can still see the driver.

Especially the military in particular. Could you get into or out of a city in a location that is locked down? Could you fight a missile being dropped on you from above, or a bunch of armored vehicles? What about tear gas or other things used by the military or other groups? Do you just win through numbers? If a dictator controls the military, how is it not already too late for a mere armed resistance? Where will you get ammo or other resources like food and water if the government cuts off all roads and trucks can't deliver food into the place you are fighting from? What do you do then? Can people in a first world country like the united states really stage a successful war with the government?
So to recap you bring a sniper rifle to take out Sierra and then don't use it on Robert when he goes outside and leans on the wall, which is the very precursor to getting him downstairs with the Florida Man outfit....
If you're not doing the no bodies found theme, I believe you can use the general's disguise in order to sneak inside! He somewhat isolates himself, and if you can distract him slightly by leading him to a garden area, there's even a body dump nearby to stash him in! From there, you get a guided tour of the facility, and you're even invited to try out his new killer robot that definitely won't shoot him! Of course, you can just scan his face into the robot, and have him murdered by his own kill bot.
Idk if anyone has said this but to the left in the reception of the Knox centre there is a cloakroom that has an Engineer disguise to get into the building.

Whenever I've done it, it also takes three hits to cause the crash, which makes it even harder in these conditions.
