Your videos are not bad but I would give some honest reviews for you.
Firstly you have close to 150 Videos now and they barely get any views.
Honestly, the main reason that is is because of your Thumbnails
Thumbnails are good, you probably copied other TH-camrs so nothing wrong with that.
The problem is the size of your channel, there is absolutely no reason to put your face on every thumbnail.
The reason is that big TH-camrs are a brand and people click on them because they recognize them.
For your channel for people who don't know you, so seeing your thumbnail means nothing.
I also checked all your videos, this is your 3rd best Video of all time.
You only have 4 videos with over 1000 Views and all four have only around 500 likes in total.
I would recommend you review your channel and optimize it accordingly
Maybe reduce your video to 1 per month and focus on quality as well, stop filming in your bedroom, and try filming outside as well
Get a better camera, and for lord's sake get two monitors, I don't understand people who work on one screen only.
Do short videos as well, have more impact and give advice on what most people are interested in learning.
You can delete this comment as it will look bad but take at least some advice.
