It'll take a lot of time and money to get this thing going: I went and saw it with my mechanical knowledge, and aside from the rust, almost impossible terrain (thanks to wash outs and non-existent rails), and local druggies, the engine is not looking good. I already knew blew its water gasket, and it's been sitting like that for a long time. That engine might not be feasibly salvageable. I hope I'm wrong, I really do.
That's an Alco RS3 painted in Southern Railway paint. It's an ex-Reading locomotive though, as all of Southern's RS3's were scrapped and the truck recycled under their EMD GP35's.
auburn2008db my dad bought it last month and work trying very hard to get the locomotive up and running again but sadly its too far gone and we'll have to basically send it to massive locomotive repair shop to get fixed and we kind of don't have the money right now. but we are buying some Rolling Stock and a little Pennsylvania railroad yard Switcher and it should be able to help us fix the line and get the loco and two coaches that are abandoned out of the area and fixed and restored.
Owlie4277 Minecraft and Vlogs who is your dad? I live in the area and just wondering, I ran that engine a few times and im sure it might be brought back with a little tlc

Didn't the New River RR shut down because a board member took the train on a joyride and hit an FRA highrail truck? They should save the combine car at least, in addition to being of NYC heritage it was used on the Walking Horse & Eastern's excursion train in the mid-90's.
