EJ&E Waukegan Local in Rondout

The EJ&E WRS-1 ("Waukegan Local") train in Rondout, Illinois, pulled by EJ&E #703, the last of the EMD GP38-2s owned by the "J".
The 703 has an unique sounding Leslie horn, I used to hear it when I was in school a few times over.
