- We had the privilege of capturing USWNT and Orlando Pride goalkeerper Ashlyn Harris in her hometown of Satellite Beach, Florida. Harris wanted fans to feel a part of her story, and not just the one they see on the soccer field.
"I think sometimes we're so caught up in ourselves that we don't even see that people struggle, and I think we have to open our hearts a little bit more, open our minds and see like 'hey you know what, I haven't heard from this friend in a while, like i'm gonna reach out to him or her 'cause maybe they're struggling'".
Yep, that made me make a phone call and intend on making few more tomorrow. This girl is unique in the world of celebrities and wish her all the best.
She's such a beautiful person. Everything she said was truthness.

I have been on a year course called Discovering your Greatness, which has changed my life, a lot of what you said in your video is what we have been learning, would have loved to have embraced what you have learnt when I was your age. Thank you for making yourself vulnerable facing your fears, that you are able to share your story and journey with the world. Like you say even if it just makes a difference for one person it's worth it. YOU ARE AN AWESOME YOUNG LADY. May the rest of our lives be the best in our lives.🥂

Hearing Ashlyn's story and the way she has lived her life, makes you realise how caught up we all are in our own lives and problems. We all have the opportunity to improve someone's life even in the smallest way and By doing this we can improve our own in some way. I will take that message from this film. Thank you

Im so glad I came across this video on social media. Seeing how she has her own issues to deal with, is .. I cant even explain it. You watch her on the television and hear about famous people all the time. Having this fabulous, glamorous life that the get to live, I love getting to see what issues that they have been or are going through because I feel like it shows us or anyone really that although their life may seem cool and glamorous on the outside but on the inside they are dealing with real life issues that millions of people are dealing with today. She is a huge inspiration on looking on the brighter side of things to always find your happy place. I always try and look towards people like her to find inspiration in writing and she truly helped.
Doing what she is doing and helping people shows how much she cares for her friends, fans, or possibly random people even. She knows that people need those little things to help pick them up and it's amazing.

Absolutely beautiful. Amazing to see and hear her be such a inspiration to so many people and for her to actually recognise that she has the power to change lives is incredible. We need more people like her speaking out to get rid of the stigma attached to mental health issues. I thank her from the bottom of my heart
