A lot of games i play mirage, i play solo because my teammates drop on the top of the head of another team then they die and leave the ranked game as soon as their banner expired. Then the whole game i have to sit around n wait for top 10 just so i get 0 rp
Another tip, abuse the tactical reload. If your gun has a magazine reload, you reload faster if you keep bullets in the chamber. It might not mean much but for guns like the PK that means you don't have to go through the extra animation before you can shoot again. Could be critical in some gunfights.
Tips coming from a crypto main: don't be a drone kid, push off emp's (dont push off of it if you emp a team from 300 meters away tho), use the drone to grab banners and respawn (great for if banners are out of zone), wingman is a good weapon to use as crypto because its great for pushing off emp's, you can heal while in drone if you throw out your drone but keep holding your tactical to go into the drone and right when you start loading into the drone press your heal button, you can use this for ult accel's, chraging up rampage and sentinal. Next tip is to ALWAYS carry at least one ult accel as a crypto, they are vital for when you need an emp and dont have one. Thats all I got. :)
Newcastle tip for the 10 Newcastle mains out there. Make sure that your gun is NOT holstered before you ult so when you land you pull out your gun instantly and are ready to shoot!
From a lifeline main to new lifeline mains. If you are ressing your teammate in a place people can shoot them, stand over them so they don’t get thirsted. Res in a safe spot if possible though.
When you want to respawn your teammates as a lifeline you can Ult before using the respawn beacon to get your teammates a better Evo. Your Ultimate contains an Evo upgrade for an alive player. So your teammate can easily start with a blue or higher Evo.
As a fuse main, spam q. It has a short cooldown and can apply a lot of pressure. Use it to move enemies out of the cover rather than using it as a damage source.
So dont play vantage is obviously the best tip but here's a great tip for solo queu play loba. She is great for playing both aggressive or defensive and if both your teammates go down (like we know they will) then you can use your bracelet to get away and craft your teammates (assuming it's not a wraith main)
A good habit is to make sure to reload at least one weapon before healing. If you have full shield and no weapon you will get mercilessly one clipped. But if you have whatever amount of health and loaded weapons, you can at least have the chance to fight back and maybe win the fight. Priority for me goes: loaded weapons > healing AND in the meantime I do either of those i combine with looking for options for a fast rotation (no matter the class), like ottr does with Pathy in this video.
Didn't see this one so I'll say it. If you're having trouble at getting better quickly, just say what you're doing. I find that, when I'm speaking abiut what I'm doing, I realise that I make far less mistakes as I notice that I will focus more on what I'm saying that is "wrong" Also cover is the most broken aspect of this game. Cover is more broken than AA, configs and the OG R99 combined. Playing cover has won me (probably the worst mechanical player ever) so many fights that I do not deserve. ALWAYS have cover on you. ALWAYS. You will find that you live so much longer and win so many more fights And finally, ABUSE PINGS. Teammates may be shite, but they will notice a ping. I've literally won games off of pings alone by pinging rotations for final circle. The best ping is the "enemy sounds here" in my opinion
This tip goes out to primarily my fellow solo queue players but I think anyone could get something from this. PLAY NO FILL TRIOS. If this is a lot for you try duos. When you get decent at 1v2s try no fill trios and try 1v3s. Also you probably don't want to hot drop. Doing this consistently will make it to where: 1. You appreciate your teammates a lot more no matter how bad they are and 2. You just do much better when solo queuing with randoms and even better when you are partied up with people you actually know.
watching streamers and warming up on the firing range before the first match for me is a must and while going through matches I visit the firing range whenever my aim feels off definitely pays off
Look at your position from an enemy's perspective. Where would be the best place to fight you from? When would be the best time to engage? How would you respond to a squad in your position? I'm thinking about these things for the entire match and 9 times out of 10 I am completely right and end up avoiding "that squad" that would have bodied me. Also works in reverse planning the best routes to attack others.
I understand the not looting as much tip, but I've often had people drop us in a spot with few guns then run off on their own to 1 v 3 a squad while at most the rest of our squad has like the starter mag on a weapon then getting mad when they get downed. And this happens in ranked
surprised noone said this--> move when healing!!!! Bunny hoping, strafing, sliding and just jumping on the spot are only a few ways you can maximise your safety while healing. As a bonus try gather info on the enemy while healing by jumping up and down behind a box. Faide does this alot and it rly helps to see if the enemy is aping you or not.
From a Valk main, now that Evac Towers are vitrually everywhere and our Ult is basically useless, play as a recon character if you're looking for some kills, or just general knowledge for where people are.
Problem is that my random teammates in ranked stop looting just to brainlessly go push a 2v9 way before the 10th placement and instantly die... So I just keep looting, watch them die and eventually respawn them with Loba
I love the don’t fall in love tip if your in your teens (like me) your parents will let you have the game till you fall in love then take it away because they didn’t know it was a fps game
Sometimes I drop, I can't see any team flying near us, I can't see any enemy team on the minimap and we still land with another team in the same poi...
35 to 70 dollars and hour for an Apex coach sounds ridiculous. If a person isnt trying to actually make money playing the game this is just a waste of money and I guarantee that for most people dumb enough to pay that money a coach isnt going to really help them.
If you have a job, you absolutely need to pick up an aim trainer routine. Most of Apex is running. If you aim train fundamentals like you're going the gym, your aim will be on par with the no-life sweats. This lets you focus on the other aspects of gameplay that impact the outcome of the fights you take.
I’m so glad you added that point at 2:05 cuz my gf always gets annoyed that I watch apex TH-camrs and streamers cuz you can improve by seeing better players than you preform she thinks it’s useless content

Here's one. Always try when you can to assist your teammates when they fight, even if they're stupid and try take a squad alone, strength is better in numbers so coming in as extra damage output for your teammate is better than them tryna solo like a moron
I’ve been on Xbox since day 1 but have been switching over to mnk, where should I start to work on improving aim and movement? Faide is my inspiration for switching, and I know I’ll probably never be as good or smooth as he is but I’d like to be better.
Nah people just don't give her a chance her q is really strong you can hit a slide out of it at any point and go into a batt or have your gun immediately pulled out to shoot enemy's. You can also stay behind cover untill the last second before launch or bunny hop or slide into her tac. The sniper is ridiculous and her passive is super underrated for taking fights in ranked
Why u guys gotta hate on vantage. shes really useful if you know how to push and snipe from mid range i can take out 2/3 people on a team and then push in. (early and mid game shes super good late game she isnt but i think it balances out

If you complain about dying and Vantage not being on your body, you aren't playing the game correctly.... But who am I kidding, the community will never get better. This is why solos is so important.

Newcastle tip for the 10 Newcastle mains out there. Make sure that your gun is NOT holstered before you ult so when you land you pull out your gun instantly and are ready to shoot!
Also, use your tactical and keep repositioning it when res'n your teammates. It gives you an extra shield on top of your knockdown. 👍
Also don’t be that horrible new castle that only throws shield after taking mass amounts of dmg. If your going to play aggressive use your kit bots
If you realize you didn’t have your gun out, you can open your inventory and press equip on the gun. This works for all gun holstering animations.
From a lifeline main to new lifeline mains. If you are ressing your teammate in a place people can shoot them, stand over them so they don’t get thirsted. Res in a safe spot if possible though.

I would space them out a bit. throw the second knuckle cluster when the first has ended to keep the pressure up for longer.
