Using the sprint function is generally straightforward because you're usually holding the "W" key to move forward, which automatically makes your character sprint. Occasionally, you might press the "Shift" key to toggle sprint, but sometimes it doesn't work reliably, so you end up holding down the "Shift" key, which can strain your pinky. you know whats worst when you tell your team mates you dont have shields and they keep fighting a squad and lose, you forgot to add they left the lobby even if you have a support legend, i have seen many sttruggle because they are too aggressive to know when is time to leave, in a ranked match a guy wasted all the ammo to kill a squad, the battle lasted enough to be without grenades, shields and ammo on his side, i was surprised no one came during that time, and whem it finished we had 5 teams around

Here's one: if you have 75 crafting materials, a blue bag, and no shield bats... What do you craft? My buddy always crafts a purple bag and then complains he has no big heals to go into that bag 😂
I agree with some points but some points are like injecting what you prefer the game is played or what is the optimal way to play the game. every player has their own preferences, and yes some are good and some are bad, but there is really no need to call players bad because they are not doing X. let people enjoy the game the way they want, unless of course they actually want to improve.
Great video! However as you said in the beginning, it's hard to actually tell if a player is good or bad. If I'm being honest I feel like a lot of these are your opinion. For example, your opinion on auto sprint. I'm very confused on how that makes someone bad. It only helps with movement. And a wide variety of players use it in all skill levels. Also, passive play is debatable. It can be a hinder if you only play like that, however too much of anything can be a bad thing. Playing too aggressively and overstepping can completely throw a game. . In my opinion, if someone is looking to get better then they should. 1. Look up movement 2. Go in firing range and practice movement (After completing 1&2) 3. Find legend that works your play style the best 4. Practice with that legend in pubs 5. Always remember that no matter how much practice you have things will never go perfectly as planned. Your team has a 1 in 20 chance of winning and those odds can get worse or improve through the game. There is a luck factor in this game. You can't control what other teams do.
I trust my teammate to do badly unless they earn it. For example, knock a person. Don't get knock unnecessarily. The way they rotate. I also judge on how they are using the ability. I got tilted when Conduit never heal the shield regen properly this season.
the best advice for apex is improve your response time and your tactical thinking, should i rush or ambush, should i hold and heal or fall back and reposition. getting kills and damage is pointless if you cant win a match
Doesn't single fire help with range? It isn't necessary on Burst Rifles like hemlock or nemesis for that matter. Or is it useless even if you are in a range chokehold?
This guy has bad confused with new. He mentions using an ar or sniper as a sign of being bad because you dont want to get close to the keyboard n mouse players, or cheaters, that have their aim and ADS turned all the way up and never miss a shot while jumping around ( and their aim never moves of the others chest even if they are moving to avoid fire, which requires you to know how the other person is going to move at all times) + never check the enviroment/corners yet never get caught by surprise by anyone. And to top it all off boast about their 15+ kills a match in a what 50 person+ lobby? Does anyone else find this funny because thats around like 40% of the lobby that they somehow find on a very large map...
I’m a Switch player and do better than most season 1 players that think their good, it’s either that or I’m seeing their lil bro hopping on the game and doing nobody no good.
Can we talk about how teammates immediately strip everything out of a death box, regardless of what their other teammates need, especially when they weren’t even the ones fighting that fight to begin with?
huh?! auto sprint is essential for movement and almost every movement player uses it plus tac on mouse is great it lets you keep your left hand on your movement keys while letting u stim, phase rev dash, dome, heal drone etc. while moving away or towards enemies in and out of fights there's no downside unless you wanna bot walk around like a s17 master or have some idiotic bind on your mouse like emote or map
When it comes to taking fights i always try to think if its smart to take a fight or not like.. If im on the far side of the ring i usually try to avoid fights because in my experience that just leads to a 3rd party because more people are just rotating into the ring behind me but i do still play kinda aggressive when i have to but if i feel like its better to just get into a good position i do that instead. I feel like im good at playing the game and atleast my random teammates this season have said a few times that im good and i've noticed that when people listen to what i have to say we'll usually do pretty well. Idk maybe im bad but... the way i play works for me and is also fun
And the absolutely worst thing bad players do is to play MnK foregoing the 0.6 aim assist and having to rely on longer range weapons as to not get beamed in mid to CQB.
Personally, while I can’t argue with most of these, I get it I’m bad, I have to say, I have auto sprint on because over time clicking to sprint can cause drift (I’m on controller) and my other 2 controllers are already unusable because of drift, so I’m on my last controller rn
I think he said on M and K not on controller. I also use auto sprint on both inter faces. I am mainly a controller player though but having auto sprint on when I'm playing mnk is just convenient. I guess I'm just used to it.
The good old rat spots, in season 0 I used the noob meta, spitfire and sniper to be far away, now I use r99 & PK so often I’m physically can’t use stuff like r-301 and spitfire, I can beam a flatline but miss 90% of r-301 shots. Truly an apex experience
Never really touched ranked ever since season 12, but when my friend who never played apex started playing the game and Mentored him.. I became better than I used to be. Seriously, never touched ranke even once until season 20, and I didn't expect myself to be gold 1 after 2 days of grinding
Reminds me of yesterdays game, where there was a level 7 wallhacker, who was playing on a controller, ofc he tried to hide his wallhacks that's why he used bloodhound, but man he was bad, the whole game I spectated him, he slid like 2 or 3 times the whole time, he ran straight to the enemies position, used his Q and went in and killed them, the funny part was when it was endgame 2v1, (the cheater was alone as his teammate was downed) he kept using his q every time the cooldown ended, like right as the cooldown ended he used it. The bad thing is that apex doesn't have a way to report wallhackers and in season 20 a ton of people are using wallhacks only, sucks that cheaters are ruining season 20 as it is a really good season, but because ranking up is harder, there are a lot more cheaters
Mostly agree apart from the sniper thing, running a 3x or 2x on the sentinel and taking those midclose range fights is sexy asf (I agree if they are just sat on a hill with a 4x8 hitting one shot every clip though)
I agree with most of it. But some things are just not true. Holding position and playing passive and controlling space with long range weapons like the 30 30 is vital for success in the latest seasons. Rotating early and playing zone and taking only picked fights isn‘t a sign of a bad player. If you watch pro league you can see that the most successfull teams play zone and not edge. I consider myself a decent player and I soloqed to dia 1, 200 points to Master in season 18. A
I find that Players not aknowledging enemies that landed in the next near poi is a clear sign of beeing bad, if i ping enemies in the next poi right after landing and in the early game, and they dont look there or i see them on the minimap totally not expecting a push at all times, im not fully commiting to a fight.

you know whats worst when you tell your team mates you dont have shields and they keep fighting a squad and lose, you forgot to add they left the lobby even if you have a support legend, i have seen many sttruggle because they are too aggressive to know when is time to leave, in a ranked match a guy wasted all the ammo to kill a squad, the battle lasted enough to be without grenades, shields and ammo on his side, i was surprised no one came during that time, and whem it finished we had 5 teams around
I agree with everything except the auto run thing. If i want to rat or sneak i just crouch walk. Other than that I am running. (Im on MnK and use shift as my hold to crouch instead).. I bound Mouse Wheel forward to 'move forward' + run/scope zoom in cfg.
Here's one: if you have 75 crafting materials, a blue bag, and no shield bats... What do you craft? My buddy always crafts a purple bag and then complains he has no big heals to go into that bag 😂
man i see a lot of my random team mates do this no wonder why we lose
I agree with some points but some points are like injecting what you prefer the game is played or what is the optimal way to play the game. every player has their own preferences, and yes some are good and some are bad, but there is really no need to call players bad because they are not doing X. let people enjoy the game the way they want, unless of course they actually want to improve.
I didn't know how much i missed that shiv clip😂. LIFE LINE!!!!!
A true classic 😂
I love how he indirectly called shiv bad😂
@@jasperokeke3461he do be trolling the warlord
Great video! However as you said in the beginning, it's hard to actually tell if a player is good or bad. If I'm being honest I feel like a lot of these are your opinion. For example, your opinion on auto sprint. I'm very confused on how that makes someone bad. It only helps with movement. And a wide variety of players use it in all skill levels. Also, passive play is debatable. It can be a hinder if you only play like that, however too much of anything can be a bad thing. Playing too aggressively and overstepping can completely throw a game.
.
In my opinion, if someone is looking to get better then they should.
1. Look up movement
2. Go in firing range and practice movement
(After completing 1&2)
3. Find legend that works your play style the best
4. Practice with that legend in pubs
5. Always remember that no matter how much practice you have things will never go perfectly as planned. Your team has a 1 in 20 chance of winning and those odds can get worse or improve through the game. There is a luck factor in this game. You can't control what other teams do.
If you don't push everything your a milk drinker
I trust my teammate to do badly unless they earn it.
For example, knock a person. Don't get knock unnecessarily. The way they rotate. I also judge on how they are using the ability.
I got tilted when Conduit never heal the shield regen properly this season.
I have 2 pred badges on my banner and still lose because of dumb mistakes :)
the best advice for apex is improve your response time and your tactical thinking, should i rush or ambush, should i hold and heal or fall back and reposition. getting kills and damage is pointless if you cant win a match
4:18 meanwhile me with 1000hrs in game shaking during any fight lol
Doesn't single fire help with range? It isn't necessary on Burst Rifles like hemlock or nemesis for that matter. Or is it useless even if you are in a range chokehold?
nah that was cap, single fire is better on hemlock on range 100%
Hemlok single fire is OP wym…
Hemmy with 2x4 and single fire is 🐐 tf you mean…
Hello everyone, my name is Darek. I'm an Apex Predator Season 16 and 19, I have 4000 hours in Apex and I'm a Bad player.
Honestly the looting a whole POI that's already looted is so annoying, specially in ranked.
Literally some folk use default skins to throw others off or they're smurfing so no cant agree with that one.
Also, bad players “Sabotage” your gameplay.
What’s wrong with single fire hemlock? It can shoot so fast that way
Hey now, hemlock single fire is the only single fire option that is actually viable
Auto Sprint only applies to mnk mostly
You describes 98.9 Percent of the Apex player base
Bro nah if I could strafe on controller promise you I would win every match
what's wrong w autosprint?
also i have crouch + jump on mb4 and 5 for superglides
You didn't have to personally attack me like that, but I'll be over here picking up the pieces of my shattered ego if you need me!
Bro what ?? Im a master but always play with no skin 😢😢 1:06
What's wrong with mouse buttons for abilities?
literally nothing, ottr be trippin
When Ottr accidentally makes a new player guide. Truly an Apex moment
The good old rat spots, in season 0 I used the noob meta, spitfire and sniper to be far away, now I use r99 & PK so often I’m physically can’t use stuff like r-301 and spitfire, I can beam a flatline but miss 90% of r-301 shots. Truly an apex experience
The point about getting pushed and your teammates doing absolutely nothing resonates with me
2:14 is a point that i can not really relate, i puck up everything after a landing but that changes when it comes to mid game
the skins reason is kinda dumb, what if they just like that skin?
Don’t play the game if you’re afraid of pushing fights especially loba mains they rather loot all game and they never get bored till they die
When i play lifeline and teammates steal my loot , when they gets knocked , i will loot first before reviving them :)
You forgot the other reason for looting too long. They're drunk/high off their balls and internally debating between two guns for a minute and a half.
My problem is definitely positioning
Wtf is wrong with single fire hemlock
5k hours in apex and im still throwing myswlf into 1v3's and contesting people with higher shields lol
Hey now, single fire Hemmy with a 3x goes crazy. Take it back!
Especially at really long range and limited ammo, it wreaks havoc.
Nah nah nah single fire on the hemmy shreads at a distance idc what anyone says but it is a prince
Mostly agree apart from the sniper thing, running a 3x or 2x on the sentinel and taking those midclose range fights is sexy asf
(I agree if they are just sat on a hill with a 4x8 hitting one shot every clip though)
For me, I just run default skins when I can, but I will have fun with custom skins, the flashiness can get annoying at times.
Look on roller the auto run is useful for super gliding cuz i set my croich to the left stick
Once in pubs a teammate waited for me to die. Stood there and didn't rez waited just so he could loot my box
Hemlock single fire? Broken tfk
After watching your stream these are big words here.. bumping into walls, no edge gliding etc. I guess everyone has a bad day ;)
I find that Players not aknowledging enemies that landed in the next near poi is a clear sign of beeing bad, if i ping enemies in the next poi right after landing and in the early game, and they dont look there or i see them on the minimap totally not expecting a push at all times, im not fully commiting to a fight.
Auto sprint is a must it makes movement easier also and on roller it opens up a button to put on something else
excuse me that auto sprint one was way too far 😭
not really, pc shift is there for a reason if you are in controller its passable
@@Darki13 tell me a disadvantage of using auto sprint. because when it comes to certain VERY USEFUL movement techs like the quick slide/Faide slide. not having to hold shift is super helpful.
@@lunxo999 It can mess with your hip-fire aim (mostly shotguns) because that 1 W input will bring your shotgun down, also the Faide slide and holster slide is possible on auto sprint off. Although there is a work around in the files to set a key to activate walk so that you can hold that during shotgun strafe fights, but that's controversial since people always gripe at changing files.
@2seer i didnt say it wasnt possible, i said it was easier. And i use the walk bind already so i dont have the hipfire bind. I still havent heard a disadvantage lol. Only advantages.
@@lunxo999 Well of course, I was just explaining. Though what i said is the disadvantage, it can be reworked with the walk bind obviously, but by itself that is what hinders you and obviously the average player wont mess with files.
I learned a bit from the video but the most interesting is that you can take damage from a drone
I must say for me personally we as controller players will never be as smooth and fast as MnK when it comes to movement and looting
fortunately so lmao, even so and we still get obliterated by r99 rollers that track better than an A-10 warthog dispatching a terrorist getaway vehicle on ground.
1:00 As an Asian server player, if you encounter a default skin pathfinder, it's either a total noob or a cheater who comes out of nowhere and beams u to death. No in between 😂
How are you a bad player by putting it on auto sprint? 😅 curious..
Nah the reason I reloot some areas is because teammates never ping anything you need, the amount of times I would find a light mag that I need in the areas my teammates looted is ridiculous.
the best way to know if your good or bad, is whether you repeatedly fight pred/masters squads in pubs(with current ranked system pred matters more)
"bad players, bad players" but as soon as you kill his ass he ends up crying and accusing you 3 stacking
Single fire on the hemlock? Damm im bad then
I'm new to the game, I don't make a lot of the mistakes you mentioned, and I still suck at the game. Also, I had a guy carry me into second place by using a sniper rifle from the high ground. The only reason we lost was because I pushed the last duo solo (they also had the high ground). So, I'm not 100% sure that winning strategies are signs that people suck at the game.
the master season hiding is the worst thing that happened to my respect for them
