I can't help but noticing that Pyrion always plays the Nazis, are suspiciously bald, and also suspiciously good at doing German accent.
What was the cost of all the legos needed to make this video?
Can you do one relating to tf2?
Can you try a WW1 Bolt action game?
@@wraithship haven't they done that already?
Table top gaming is about the only thing that could make LEGO look like the budget-friendly option.
I hate how true that is.
i mean, if you use the Good ones from Go Bricks, you can even bring quality Stones to the Table
I've seen someone make a 40k titan army from lego. They looked cool!
i just saw someone on facebook today selling 4 storage crates of random lego for £40. Was soo tempted
Lego is far from cheap, I literally quit the hobby because it kept getting worse and now I build gunpla instead.
This went from "A man has fallen into the river in Lego city!"
To "A war has fallen into Lego Europe! " real fast
"An Iron Curtain has fallen across Lego Europe!"

@@Silly_Qube HEY!
The lego exploding sound from the video games really tickled me lol
Lewis is looking more like a dad than both actual dads
A Daddy if you will! 😅
The mustache makes him looks like a stereotypical Englishman in 1914 and I am here for it
@@doleph1 stop objectifying people because of their appearance
@@Quaaludio- 🥱
I absolutely lost it at the lego fire in between cotton ball explosions
LEGENDARY panzer commander...
cuts to three single studs.
The three t34s missing or not penetrating is so accurate it's hilarious
No no they were being inaccurate not accurate
@@TheNugettinage Accuracy by inaccuracy!
Eh not really. They're T-34-85s, which handily had enough armour penetration to deal with a Tiger 1 with their 85mm guns. It's more tabletop dice luck than anything to do with IRL vehicle performance.
@alphaprawns T-34-85 had the same gunners sight manufacture issues as it's predecessors. Estimates range heavily, but up to a third had sights so poorly made that they had constant condensation and blur inside the sight.
And that's not to mention that a tiger will absolutely resist the 85mn when angled, so keep in mind that since war thunder isn't real life, tanks weren't funneled into specific map lanes ensuring they face head on. They were almost always engaging at some angle or another.
On that point, it was surprising how well Pyrion replicated the "Ура". While also reinforcing the "soviet wave assault" stereotype about WW2, among quite a few.
You have managed to make Bolt Action more expensive than Warhammer! 😂
I like to imagine Ben stole his boy’s Lego to do this
I reckon Ben's boy's LEGO was Ben's LEGO first, lol. That stuff always gets passed down to the next generation (so that mom or dad has even more excuse to play with their LEGO collection because they're "playing with their kid")
Such a cool creative idea, the map looks amazing!
This battle had some 'Girls und Panzer' plot
''Clutch or kick''
Silver Fox: ''EZ''
I do wanna see more of their mini's for bolt action for sure, but man do the lego forces look great and is very nostalgic
I guess it can be combined together. Mini's for soldiers and lego for either the whole terrain or for destructible terrain features (bridges, houses, etc.)
The Lego Games death sound cracked me up every time, it was so good
Somehow, they managed to make a miniature war game more expensive! The absolute mad lads
For those wanting to know where we got our tank builds from, we used designs from buildarmy.com
It looks like you made some small modifications to them.
I wish Kos shows a design for a Panzer IV with the skirts like you guys had.
Regardless, loved this video. My cousin got me into Flames of War, so I got into videos like these!
Where did you get the plans for the terrain from? Or was that all you guys?
you should pin this
Holy shit these lego models looks amazing! Great job as always guys
The Silver Fox now has 136 for his tank kills! Though, with how injured that last tank looked I reckon it's 137.
This is the most relatable video to me ever. I play a lot of my wargames with lego!
Using LEGO for a tabletop game has always been in the back of my mind, but never could I have considered everything would look so good! Well done👍
I am once again gently and politely requesting a bit of battletech
Amazing! We... borrow.. my sons plastic army men for our game. Those little green dudes have gotten a significant increase in tactical ability since I was a lad for sure.
Haven’t watched all the video yet, but seeing Pyrion bring in an airplane has me very worried he’s about to be very very disappointed.
Edit: Okay he was decently disappointed but thank god he didn’t roll the rookie pilot lmao
The freaking truck adventure is what did it for me 😂
"yeah let me bring out my proxy real quick if you don't mind"
The proxy:
Do you have the instructions for the lego tanks? Or can you direct me to where you located them?
Man I wish they did this with Star Wars. This was pretty cool.
LEGO Warhammer: Da Orks vs Da Gonk Droids
@@MrSkerpentine Christiansen! Give us Lego Warhammer, and my life is yours!
Pyrion's german accent never fails to crack me up
Come for the lego wargaming, stay for Pyrion's silly german accents.
oh my god the lego brick death noise
I love it
10/10 more please
Excellent format, adorable Lego minis and extra practical effects to convey damage and action. Simply beautiful. love this stuff!
Hell yea! Iv been using lego for D&D for soo long and its soo much fun! Enjoy guys!!
Okay.
I read the title; I clicked the video; I watched 5 seconds of a monologue:
I love this.
So cool, love these Lego kits from BricksKrieg, picked up the starter box with British Vs Germans. Also signed up for the conscription service so get to add to both armies monthly, loving not having to paint them!
This really was just absolutely fantastic. The Games are always a delight to see, but -this one- is just brilliant.
this is such a great idea! can totally get your kids into war gaming w/their existing lego
The best advantage of Lego is that you can take apart and rebuild the environment and play pieces into whatever configuration you desire. With table top getting more expensive, Lego might be a good alternative since you can just buy the pieces you need, not full-on sets.
Best thing about Lego is it’s destructible. You can adjust the buildings and terrain as it gets damaged. Oh, and even the tanks and vehicles too!
This is, by far, the best battle report channel ever.
27:10 this really goes to show what I don't like about tabletop games. When the system has you missing more than half of your shots the game goes on forever.
What a great time... y'all continue to knock these out of the park. Love lego. Love Bolt Action. What could be better?!
The T34 is a Soviet medium tank from World War 2. When introduced, its 76.2 mm (3 inches) tank gun was more powerful than its contemporaries, and its 60-degree sloped armor provided good protection againts anti-tank weapons. The T-34 had a profound effect on the conflict on the Eastern Front, and had a long-lasting impact on tank design. The tank was praised by multiple German generals when encountered during Operation Barbarosa, although its armament and armor were surpassed later in the war. Though, its main main strength was its cost and production time, meaning that German panzer forces would often fight againts Soviet tank forces several times their size (1 Panzer vs 4 to 6 T-34s). The T-34 is also a critical part of the mechanized divisions that form the backbone of the Deep Battle Strategy.
I love the lego board. I think it's fantastic and can't wait to see the infinite and cool possibilities.
This weirdly reminds me of Girls und Panzer, an anime about schoolgirls doing mock tank battles in real WWII-era tanks. The way your T34s were whipping around that Tiger trying to get a good shot at its rear armor was phenomenal, and all the models and setpieces looked smart as heck. Good show!
Great to see our models being used in such an awesome game!
Love the set! So much work went into it. Can't wait to watch the building video later.
I like to think that after the battle the silver fox pops the tiger into reverse blows out the transmission and has to abandon it there
As a former Armor attached medic, I'm displeased that the USSR guy did not use his tanks to turn the german infantry into track lube
13:15 that's some plot armor right there
Officially the Bolt action channel
I love the LEGO font for the turn indicators.
Playing tabletop stuff with lego is such a great idea.
2:45 small correction here, by 1943 roughly half of the USSR's T-34 fleet had radio transmitters/receivers in them, with the People's Commissar of Tank Production Malyshev ordering radio's installed on all new and refurbished T-34's by Sept 1, 1943. That order was Issued on July 28th 1943, in Order of the People's Commissar of Tank Production of the USSR #447
Amazing. Really hope we get to see some more of these
The attention to detail to the small animations is really amazing, props to the editors!
I didn't even realize i was watching yogscast but I instinctually recognized Lewis' voice from my childhood
The thumbnail game for this (fantastically entertaining video and something I can't believe people don't do all the time) has been a wild ride!
Lego Bolt Action is so cool, love to see the destruction of buildings and vehicles, hope to see more lego bolt action somewhere!
Lewis doing a great job role-playing a Soviet commander, charging waves of his men across open terrain into tank fire.
Cough didn't actually happen regularly cough.
@@XMysticHerox yes it did, cough
@@benrodir2 No? It was not a part of doctrine and while there are a number of instances especially early on they were always acts of desperation. And hardly limtied to the soviets.
@@XMysticHerox your meds...take them
@@XMysticHerox I mean it did kinda happen even later in the war, just not quite as depicted. The Germans did it too though, but when they do it it's allowed because MUH BLITZKRIEG FORCE CONCENTRATION, even though what ended up being called Blitzkrieg, and Soviet Deep Battle, are mostly the same (and the Soviets did it better, see Operation Bagration)
I love all of these videos, thanks guys!
I literally suggested this to my friend at work last month. Could even use minifigures and put them on bases.
The answer to "do my Soviets have anti-tank grenades" is always "yes." Ditto Finns and Home Guard.
This was so good! PFlax is always great in these videos, and I hope we get to see some more Lego antics
Excellent editing as always! These videos are the best yogs content.
This is amazing, the second legos started exploding I knew this was going to be good.
The tigers they made were so accurate that they kept breaking 🤣
Gotta love Pyrion "uneducated hot-take" Flax making an appearance. Love hearing that guy scream at clouds.
OMG this terrain and minis are so cute!
Amazing and truly a joy to watch
the t34 was not the most produced tank of the war, that was the m4 sherman
the t34 only has those higher total production numbers from post-war production
Pretty sure they made about 50 thousand Shermans during the war and 58 thousand T-34's, with another five thousand after the war.
Could be misremembering though. Either way, the numbers for both tanks are impressive, especially when you consider the Soviets were being invaded and had to move their entire industy behind moscow
welp... I now know what I'm going to do with the 32x32 baseplate I've had since I was 3, but rarely used since because I fell in love with Bionicle and Technic.
gonna spend my next paycheck on lego so I can finally use a $6 part from 20 years ago
This was super charming, loved this. Then again, love all the content on this channel!
We shall fight on the lego beaches, we shall fight on the lego landing grounds, we shall fight in the lego fields and in the lego streets, we shall fight in the lego hills; we shall never surrender!
Lewis has never looked like he was a Brit in WW2 more than he has in this video.
OK now this is just straight up cool!!! Awesome video guys!
As always the editing is so great. I love the cut ins so much.
Outrageously fun to watch video
Just seeing the title of this video made me smile. The crossover I never knew I needed!
Man, seeing this channel do a scenario of lego builds with something like One Page Rules would be awesome.
So need more of this in my life
I love these Bolt Action videos
Fantastic video, love watching Bolt Action content
Loved this. Bolt action with lego. Awesome!!
Pyrion is so good at playing villians
I think I enjoyed this perhaps even more than the non-lego versions just for the joy of everyone pulling the terrain apart.
Amazing stuff, each time it's better and better.
Well, that was fun! My nieces and nephews would love that! Of course, they'd probably lose patience with the pacing... :)
Could you upload an instruction guide for the models used in the video? Would love to buy a box of bits and build a few armies for me and my friends to play with
I have the pieces of for the soldiers sorted out, but not the tanks yet
The pop up cards for each unit with names was absolutely amazing
Loved the Lego Bolt action set! More of this please!
This is honestly really awesome, and very creative. Well done guys!
I’m tempted to follow their example of using Lego for the gaming table. Somehow it never crossed my mind that Lego would make it destructable terrain.
Great episode!!
Another excellent addition to Games Night.
Great battle; the lego destruction is an awesome element. would definitely watch more.
oh, and great editing as always. 👏
Okay this is brilliant and wickedly creative! Best Tabletop channel on TH-cam award worthy!
the lego is awesome and honestly such a cool way to play bolt action! you could do some really fun stuff with destructible terrain and walls...
Love the twist on Bolt Action, always enjoy these videos!
This is beautiful. Hoping for a sequel already!
This was charming as hell! Thanks!
