"No board was harmed in the making of tis video." 🤣This is the second video of yours I've seen, and I enjoy your demeanor. Thank you for showing how to remove that without taking out the trim (and not making it seem chaotic). Helpful for my Grand Voyager.

I was researching how to pull out my headliner in an 06 grand caravan... I am so glad I found your videos! The last one I watched he took of almost all of the trim inside, the seat belts, the pillars, the weather stripping on all the doors and for whatever ungodly reason the trim on the bottom of the rear hatch where the door latch is... It looked so complicated I was scared to even attempt the task. Your video however, has given me the confidence to tackle this project first thing tomorrow. Thank you Headliner Magic!
Your welcome Nikki,. Hope the task went well, my apologies for the late response. The Caravans are much fun. Once the board is down, it will slide right out. Marcus
Putting back the headliner you need to do all those things so I don't think this is the right way to take out the headliner. There is big chance you may damage the headliner. So first take out all those things and take out the headlibner. I also followed this video and damaged the headliner( not that much though).
WOW!!! This took the intimation out of the job 💯👍💯 I'm sure that I will be able to figure out how to drop the rear AC/Heat control located on the ceiling behind the front row. Wish me luck. Thanks for a well done video.
Great tip about puling the liner down by the middle holes! But I still uncovered the B pillar to unhook the harness instead of pulling it off the headliner -- made it super easy to jam the liner back in place under the pillar covers and weatherstripping.
Thank you for commenting this. I'm shopping for an old van and came here to learn to fix it. The video was exceptional. But I was curious to see if there was a way. So thank you for sharing.

Woooo!!!!! This was soooo kool! You explained and demoed this phenomenally. I overstood everything and feel so confident to do this myself! Now do you have a video showing how to replace the headliner fabric? LOL!
Very helpful, thank you! I'm looking for the best route from my rearview mirror to the rear licence plate for a backup camera. I don't know why so many people go all the way to the floor, just bring the wire back up to the ceiling to get through the hatch conduit when they could just stay up top and route through the ceiling. Cheers!
Thank you, Dan for checking us out. I 💯 percent agree with running the wiring up top thru the headliner. Many clients bring their units in the have us install them while doing the replacements. Marcus
I also followed this video to take out the headliner. But putting back is pain in neck. Its been more than two months now I am not daring put it back. To put the headliner back we need to take off the trimline belt and almost every things. So its better first we take off all those things and pull the headliner so it comes out easily. I have also same question but he didn’t answer. I took headliner off put new fabrics. It seems difficult to install it back. Looks like we need to take off all wall covers.
PLG. Here thanks bro you s aveday my ass that wire had me vexed last night my mom's got to get to therapy this morning it is crunch time for me peace to you and yours from the P. Loco gringo
I have heard of that solution, I have experience may reglue jobs that we have had to clean up to reinstall the new liner. It makes our job a lot harder when the old foam is not removed before appling any new glue. The board has lots of hard lumps of glued foam that we have to work hard to make the board back flat to apply the new liner. Becuase our reputation is on the line we prefer to have a clean slate to start from. Hope yours will hold for some time. Thank you for sharing. Marcus Headliner Magic
You are so f-ing dramatic! Hey love your channel. Going to do my work caravan. The headliner is dropping in some areas, considering I’m not to impress, could I reuse the headliner? Pull the board out, peel off the headliner, sand it to remove the glue then just reapply the old headliner? What’s your thoughts on this?
Thanks Oahu for watching the videos. I initially answered the first time after skimming over the message. The answer was incorrect. I should have mentioned that the old headliner material will not be reusable. Marcus
Thanks for sharing tips without all the extra jabber. You get right to business and get it done!
You are so welcome Allie! Thanks for watching. Marcus
This guy really knows what he's doing. He shows what tools to use. and what clips to pry off. I've got a 2002 Chrysler Voyager.
