These $500,000+ boats not having full windshields blows my mind.

I usually don't like bow seating on a fishing boat, but the way they designed this one is pretty good. Not a fan of the way they did the cabin though. The sliding door seems like it would be a hassle,, not to mention making people move to use it, I would prefer just a simple side door. Overall though, pretty nice boat!

In contrast, I'm ok with the idea. My primary concern when I saw it was whether it would be as absurdly slow to open like bow tables are, but at least this opens quickly.
I presume that the boat was designed without side entry because of something under the deck on the sides of the boat that is taking up space. If you look, the actual toilet only in a very narrow space with high walls to leave space for whatever is under the deck, so there would be no way to put a set of steps for a side entry.

@TheVonMatrices I see your point, but the interior could be redesigned. Oh well, different people like different things. I can't afford the boat anyway.

Same - I'm not going to be buying one either

The reason the console opens in the front is so you can have out of the way rod storage on the sides of the console. You lose that when you put a door there.
Also, the interior is mostly for the head and access to the electronics. It’s a console - not a cabin.

They don't even mention doing away with the dive door. They show you the in floor rear anchor compartment, but don't say that the only reason you'd want that is to go to the sandbar. But how would you get in and out of the boat?

Like SeaVee a lot but I don't understand this trend of putting livewells in the stern corners. Those are prime fishing spots.

I just don't understand the rear corner live wells. Doesn't make sense.

I felt the same way. I figured it was better to have one big well in the center. Then I fished a 370z.
Having the wells on the side gets you a way bigger cockpit. The transom is so much closer to the motors. And you can separate your baits. I kite fish, so it’s awesome to use a rocket launcher with 6 rods and work 3 from one corner and the well is right there. It’s a win whether trolling, kite fishing or bottom fishing. Changed my mind completely.
