    I love coffee! So thank you for opening my eyes to the possibilities of the Robusta bean! I too have (had) a negative view of it, but will now keep my eyes open to new possibilities. LOVED all these segments! Great video! Learned so much!

    sWith so many coffee drinkers in the U.S., this segment is required knowledge! I love hearing of the locations, like Vietnam and Yemen, that grow such excellent beans. Hope to try some of both of those in the near future.

    Yemeni beans -- the good ones -- are amazing. They are sort of wild and full of flavors that burst like pop rocks.

    I just got back from Vietnam and had the coffee there. It’s amazing. It’s such a strong coffee culture there. No wonder Starbucks can’t compete in Vietnam market.

    Wow! Amazing the detail used in making cups of coffee. Viet Nam, really? Good to know. Rubusta is less acidiic. I like that. Yemini coffee is low acidic too? Great story. Very educational. I will look at coffee differently from now on. I love the smell of coffee but have not been a fan of the flavor. I will be rethinking and trying coffee differently from now on. Do like Irish coffee. Great story.

    all I wanna know why many grocery market chains now stock mostly only ground coffee instead of whole bean. It was the complete opposite just a couple years ago. So difficult now to find whole bean in my city where my options are not so limited.

    • @cloudyview
      @cloudyview ปีที่แล้ว

      I think a lot of whole bean consumers moved to things like Trade or other ship to home offerings. If you care about grinding yourself, it's likely you care about the freshness too, which grocery stores are unable to provide.

    I’d like to try that Yemini and the Irish brand of coffee. I’m not a big coffee drinker and all these years, I’d been under the impression that all coffee was created equal. Boy, was I wrong about that! WOW! I never knew there were so many different versions and variations of coffee. 😯

    In this video he was asked to define expresso and the way he explained it most people would not understand what he is saying and I don't, I am a Chef by trade and I did a term paper on the subject, in my opinion expresso is simply in Culinary definition means DOUBLE STRENGTH COFFEE he is talking from a scientist point of view but not as a normal person.

    In this segment of this video I will cut straight to the subject of coffee, the dish is talking about countries but not United States states.To the best of my knowledge HAWAII is the only state to produce KONA coffee brand,grown at high elevation, low yield,it commands a high price on the world markets and it's classified as a ARABICA bean,then you haveROBUSTA,this bean type is used for instant and defae coffees, and finally you have italia,which is plain garbage which no one wants the dishes research of this subject does not get to the root of Americas specific food sources by state like oranges,sugar,beef,chicken, pork, potatoes, nuts, grapes, like Americans want to know like me.why don't you think that the FDA, and OSHA,don't watch of course these agencies are on watch to protect the general public and I do watch TV ,to be on alert,like the new thing out there which is BIRD FLU,which I don't even know never heard of it.

    Yeah, my old man after 39 years of living together, is running out of time. His doctors don't know why he has lived this long. So, grateful every day he wakes up. He doesn't sleep much anymore, so I won't know if he is o.k., till like 11 everyday. Grateful I now can wake up and drugs are not the first thing I think about....took how many years of trying to stop? Since 1995. Afraid to say I got this addiction thing beat, finally...this tightrope we all are walking could be gone, if I let it.....cannot wait till the show with you and my Birdman! Small friggin addiction world isn't it??❤❤ I am grateful for winning earbuds!!! ❤❤❤😊😊
