It's crazy that GOT7 was able to continue their activities as a group even after their departure from Jyp. Even if it is more complicated for them to align their schedule, they will come out with quality over quantity and with their own song. I really admire the way they bounced back from their departure, thanks in large part to their leader JAYB
Well as long as there's no regulations or lack of government regulations on how companies treat their employees, because these so-called idols work for their record labels, then these kind of mistreatments will always continue. And there's a long list of these mistreatments.
Yes these are the horrible things we can see its out in public.theres more horror stories about mental and physical @buse behind the curtains we have no clue about 😢
Well they are considered "contractors" so labor laws don't apply to them. So labels treat them as they see fit. So yes regulation and laws need to be put in place and ENFORCEMENT needs to be a priority. Until then things will continue as they are.
I’ll never understand why jype sabotaged got7. Got7 had so much international success. Right at the peak (2018-21) when every other kpop company was trying to market their groups to international audience, jype decides to limit all sorts of promotions and album productions for got7. Truly has to be one of the most stupid business decisions.
Cube agency is literally the worst thing ever to exist they didnt pay pentagon even after multiple hits and millions of views, even after becoming famous idols they were working part time in cafes like whats wrong with cube.also why pledis hates its girl groups so much first it was pristine then gfreind and now fromis9.also sm did the same exo what jype did with got7 they were promoting well in earlier phase and then after a few albums they were ignored and mismanaged by the company.yge is worst with ikon and winner, ik ikon left yg but goddamn their songs were always on charts and they didn't have any activities and recently with treasure like babymonster was famous before debut and blackpink had modelling schedule before they even started singing but treasure have almost zero activities. Also if u guys wanna support vixx,cix,ikon,trendz,sf9,vav is really good go ahead and listen to their songs ❤
I love CLC, but none of the groups in the video (or their agencies) are nowhere near being the most mistreated groups and worst agencies of k-pop history when there are agencies who verbally and physically abuse their idols with confirmed cases of it happening, sexually exploiting them and doing other horrible stuff
I think GOT7's problems started when the members wanted to release their self-composed songs. The personal taste of most members didn't fit with the group's concept. JYP invested in a acrobatic upbeat k-pop group. If we compare what they did after they left the company, only Bambam released songs like that. All other 6 had songs much more chill or more like ballads. I think the company lost interest on them when they decided to let the members have what they wanted to sing. I, personally, don't like when they changed the concept. I think all went down after Lullaby.

And many more occur every single day...
Also, having a group like Pristin and not taking proper care of it, even for profit purposes, is ridiculous...
