    ----------------------------------------------------------
This time we have a funk track featuring a guitar rhythm.
Feel the groove and play it.
For the B section, we tried a jazzy and refreshing chord progression. Try to put it all together with melodious playing.
The chord play in the example is just an example, so please try various voicing chords.
    ENJOY!

    ■ About the Channel
    Hello.
This video is a backing track I made for guitar improvisation.
Please use it for your guitar practice.
I made this backing track with the aim of making it more realistic, for example, by daring to make the rhythm stagger.
I am sure you will be able to transition to the actual jamming without any discomfort.

Sorry, the diagram for E7b9 is wrong.
The correct position is 2 frets down. (2 fingers at the 7th fret)

What's your workflow for making backing tracks, do you use melodies as a guide framework? I've noticed that I tend to add too much "interesting" lines, which conflicts with the idea of a backing track. So I started thinking, maybe I should first add a strong placeholder melody, and then mute it in the final stages.

Hi, I'm not doing anything special.
First I play the chords on the piano, then add drums and bass to make the basic.
From there it's an experiment every time.
I understand very well what you are saying. In my case, if I add too many lines, I use a reverb or delay in the mix stage to make it less noticeable. Even if it's so small that it's barely audible, it can still fill the space.
The way you mute the melody in the final makes a lot of sense.
Maybe that's the way it should be.
Please let me know if you make any more discoveries!

If that's an E7b9, then it should be at the 6th and 7th fret and not the 8th and 9th
