    Rueben is soo funny he's trying to lose weight. He is too hard on himself, but mad respect. He should aways put himself and his health first. Great video as always!

    Ruben to lose weight count your calories on everything (including sauces) and eat below a calorie deficit under 1900 (a day) for good measures

    Try water fasting for 3 days. I recently did it and lost 9 pounds and it has many other benefits.

    Health comes first ! ❤ Wishing you the best on your journey 🎉 I have been on a health journey too! It’s been two years and still at it. I’m trying to fix my mindset and body all together. It’s tough but doable! That food looks so bomb! I have never had voodoo fries but one day I’ll try them as a nice little cheat meal.

    Why not finish it all? Losing weight doesn't mean cut back on food, it means to increase more time at the gym and I'm saying this at 250 lbs.

      Losing weight requires a caloric deficit - i.e., cutting down calories and burning excess the amount you take in. So yah, it could mean cutting back on food. Plus he practically ate the whole meal so what's the problem lol
