Some people think her character is "simple" or "easy", but real fans know that it's far from true. Meredith's character have so much depth into it she's so much more. She just manages to hold her self together and show so much resilience that sometimes comes out as her not reacting the way people want her to. at times, she blends in so well it's hard to tell what set's her apart from others, but once you've realized the whole concept of her character you'll know just how complex she could be
Yes, they have amazing characters on the show and I hope it continues for the younger generation that is just now seeing the past episode’s, BUT, it will never be same, ever! Mere made it Greys Anatomy!! I just wish Jackson and April would stay if Mere is leaving. At least we would have them. I’m not a huge fan of of the new comers. Bailey and Richard are the only originals left who I love so much!!

I love Grey so much I'm gonna miss Ellen as Meredith but, I wish her all the best ,and success in her next endeavor.
