Hey great video, i need to do excersise 7 tomorrow.... quick question at min 3:00 you say to not go to fast... in a real life scenario do I go at the same speed that you went to in the video or do I go as fast as I can to try to bring the victim out of the beach... getting alloy of mix answers with my group and didnt had a chance to ask the instructor yet

Hi Shaquille, I real life I also recommend to not go too fast, but also not to slow of course. We have tested it and timed it at different speeds with multiple different people. And we found out that many people when you rush and go too fast get stuck with the equipment, are stressed, make mistakes etc. While everyone going with a controlled, regular speed never made mistakes and thus where at the same speed or even faster (because no mistakes) then others.
So my not going to fast you prevent mistakes, accomplishing the end result quicker, smoother and better.
Navy Seals have a saying: Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast
