I decided to delete one of my 2 accounts on Clash of Clans and it logged me out the game with a warning of the account being deleted and I have 14 days to contact support to stop it. I don’t want to stop it but I want to switch to my other account and it doesn’t give me the option. I tried the contact support thing that pops up when you open the game but it ALWAYS says authentication error. I’ve tried factory resetting my phone but it still doesn’t work. Anyone know how to fix?

Don't worry if your account is temporarily banned it will get unbanned only after 30 days . So you have to wait

Vader could you possibly help me can I contact you in any way? I’ve contacted support so many times and give them the right info. The creation date, where I created it, my # code, my first transaction receipt on google play store, my brand phone I used to create the account, and js everything I could provide. Then the support agent without giving a response just left and sparky came and told me I was still suspicious and now i don’t know what to do.

i gave them all the right info but after that the live agent just left without saying anything and the sparky responded with we can’t help you. I have been ignored since and my account is locked. They sometimes also say that they cannot run the recovery process because of suspicious activity. Let me know if you can help me with this.
After this video was published there has been lots of changes related to accounts and supercell support so im not sure at the moment how one can convince them in believing the account belongs to them . All i could say is keep trying and contacting them again and again and give them all the information that you have as it is the only way left to get back your account
