Yes, it’s extremely easy to hit her super regularly, but this HC gives her an extra 3-4 tiles of range and a insane homing percentage (much higher than piper’s gadget) which allows you to hit enemies 13+ tiles away and even if they are behind walls, it opens so many opportunities to mark someone and can even unfairly kill someone since it does 1k damage

For Grounded, just make the enemy lose 2 ammo and don't let them reload for 5 seconds (or less if it's too op) Belle will have even less health because she won't have the shield, it would be a "you wasted your attacks now die" kind of mechanic And don't act like it would be "too op" or "unfunny" because we have supers that just hit you and you just die Here Belle is punishing bad ammo management, i think it's a good concept
Actually, Otis' second star power is a 33% damage increase because he normally has three ink balls. If each one does 100 damage and does 300 in total, adding another makes that 400 ergo, 33% increase

As a Hank main, his shield SP is actually pretty good and it doesn't need a rework but a buff on how you get this shield. Just make it so the shield gives you 25% instead of 20% damage reduction plus make it last 3 seconds after staying off from a wall.

The grom one is actually really good. The reason why grom is kinda bad is cause pro players can usually dodge his shots because they are predictable. If his attack pattern changes, it will be very hard to dodge consistently.

Foot patrol makes me so sad because conceptually I love this star power. Giving you reward for holding your super until the right time is just really cool. But like the old version of spirit slap it’s just on the wrong brawler. A brawler like crow could use that type of star power WAY better

Don't get me wrong, some concepts are really cool. But I think some Brawlers in this list actually need a rework before they can get a new Starpower/Gadget. An amazing example is Gus. He is meant to be a supporter but you make him even more Gadget reliant Brawler then he already is. I feel like if Gus could shoot at allies when his ghost bar is full, the second Gadget could actually be good without a buff (or maybe a little change that the ghost heal of the Gadget ghost is 100% more effective idk you get what I mean)
The Angelo one is literally a downgrade. Angelo does not need anymore speed. What’s the point of being super fast on a tile that 99% of brawlers can’t even stand on. And plus, most of the time you need to fight back, so what’s the point of shooting once and trying to dodge the enemy attack the rest of the time.
i give star from 1 to 10 instead of 1 to 5 because saying 1.5 is dumb when you can just say 3 otis: 1 star (a star power cant have downsides, the reason for that is that star powers are pasive abilities and you cant decide when to use once you got it you cant take it of, you can decide not to use a gadget or a hypercharge but you cant take off a star power, now days we have 2 star power so you can take of a star power but still putting an downside to a star power does not feel starpower even if its stronger overall. this is a 4-5 star hypercharge idea tho i think it should be added as a hypercharge its realy good) angelo: 1 star (this is just too complicated for a starpower, i would realy love to see this as a rework but its not a starpower becuase of the things i talked in otis, starpowers shouldent have downsides its not in the spirit of a starpower) bonnie: 5 star (its actualy a decent idea, its not amazing because it will only help if you miss the shot by like one tile but still its good and should be added) doug: 4 stars (its more balanced and simple(which is good) but the old one is more creative and fun(this one is less fun because it makes timin less important),id give 3-4 star if it was janet 1: (it has downsides, its not creative, complicated than it should be, need less skill (more bombs less damange means accucy matters less, less bombs more damage means accucy matters more), the star power is originaly more creative, even you said "this one is incredably satuationel" which is good, a starpower being situational means that when you choose starpower you dont choose the more op one you choose the one that fits the situation more) grom: 3 (it gives downgrade) frank: 6 (intresting idea, could be fun if it was balanced) mandy: 4 (mandy super can pass theough walls, her gadget makes her attack pass through walls, walls are not mandys enemy and this star power doesnt realy match mandys gameplay, its has a slow gameplay becuase you need to wait a lot to use it effectively and waiting is bad) shelly 2 (as first, it spossed to be simple because shelly is starter brawler and her dash is still good because it gets her closer to enemies when max doesnt realy need to get close to enemies so their gadgets are equaly balanced) ash: 5 (intresting idea) eve: 10 (amazing idea, its just perfect, absolutely balanced and it just matches eves gameplay style a lot, im not sure if 10 star is enough) tick: 3 (it visualy looks bad but even if visual wasnt problem i dont see how its better than previous one pearl: 7-8 (very creative, it helps team which is very good) gus: 9 (i dont like giving 9 becuase its way too close to perfection but this gadget is very good) mike:10 (absolute perfection, i hope it gets added)
While were on the topic here, how about give Leon a different starpower then Invisiheal, because theres no circumstance where using your super to run away where the healing is better then the speed. I could rant about it more, but ive tried so many times to find any sort of use for invisiheal, and it never works, and literally every situation, the speed wouldve been better
Why do so many of these hav trade offs, I get that it’s unique for like 2 brawlers to trade stats but this is ridiculous and contributes to the coin shortage because you would need the other one if you didn’t always want the trade off

For Remote Recharge a was thinking to keep the idea but - Increase area of 3 tiles (Jacky's area) - 1/6 rage rate (that means, if an enemy stands, it needs 6 pulses (6s) to Recharge)
I think ash’s gadget is called rotten banana because he slips on a banana peel so he gets hurt, but makes him mad. Which is basically what happens; he gains rage and loses hp

I was thinking fir Dougs starpower the name would be Last Serve: it gives anyone(your allys)a 3000hp shield after dying. But! If you threw it at an enemy. It would cause 400dmg for 5s. Hope this helps!
Janet real starpower rework: In a match, janet will get an button if turn on her attack go longer(just like holding it) but Her damage is the deincrease By 9%(her button cooldown is 6 seconds)
i dont wanna be that guy.. but i think that after the rework, dinamike second gadget is still better, because by opening the entire map you are basically removing your only ally in a match, the walls

Foot patrol makes me so sad because conceptually I love this star power. Giving you reward for holding your super until the right time is just really cool. But like the old version of spirit slap it’s just on the wrong brawler.

Don't get me wrong, some concepts are really cool.
But I think some Brawlers in this list actually need a rework before they can get a new Starpower/Gadget.
An amazing example is Gus. He is meant to be a supporter but you make him even more Gadget reliant Brawler then he already is. I feel like if Gus could shoot at allies when his ghost bar is full, the second Gadget could actually be good without a buff (or maybe a little change that the ghost heal of the Gadget ghost is 100% more effective idk you get what I mean)
The Angelo one is literally a downgrade. Angelo does not need anymore speed. What’s the point of being super fast on a tile that 99% of brawlers can’t even stand on. And plus, most of the time you need to fight back, so what’s the point of shooting once and trying to dodge the enemy attack the rest of the time.
i give star from 1 to 10 instead of 1 to 5 because saying 1.5 is dumb when you can just say 3
otis: 1 star (a star power cant have downsides, the reason for that is that star powers are pasive abilities and you cant decide when to use once you got it you cant take it of, you can decide not to use a gadget or a hypercharge but you cant take off a star power, now days we have 2 star power so you can take of a star power but still putting an downside to a star power does not feel starpower even if its stronger overall. this is a 4-5 star hypercharge idea tho i think it should be added as a hypercharge its realy good)
angelo: 1 star (this is just too complicated for a starpower, i would realy love to see this as a rework but its not a starpower becuase of the things i talked in otis, starpowers shouldent have downsides its not in the spirit of a starpower)
bonnie: 5 star (its actualy a decent idea, its not amazing because it will only help if you miss the shot by like one tile but still its good and should be added)
doug: 4 stars (its more balanced and simple(which is good) but the old one is more creative and fun(this one is less fun because it makes timin less important),id give 3-4 star if it was
janet 1: (it has downsides, its not creative, complicated than it should be, need less skill (more bombs less damange means accucy matters less, less bombs more damage means accucy matters more), the star power is originaly more creative, even you said "this one is incredably satuationel" which is good, a starpower being situational means that when you choose starpower you dont choose the more op one you choose the one that fits the situation more)
grom: 3 (it gives downgrade)
frank: 6 (intresting idea, could be fun if it was balanced)
mandy: 4 (mandy super can pass theough walls, her gadget makes her attack pass through walls, walls are not mandys enemy and this star power doesnt realy match mandys gameplay, its has a slow gameplay becuase you need to wait a lot to use it effectively and waiting is bad)
shelly 2 (as first, it spossed to be simple because shelly is starter brawler and her dash is still good because it gets her closer to enemies when max doesnt realy need to get close to enemies so their gadgets are equaly balanced)
ash: 5 (intresting idea)
eve: 10 (amazing idea, its just perfect, absolutely balanced and it just matches eves gameplay style a lot, im not sure if 10 star is enough)
tick: 3 (it visualy looks bad but even if visual wasnt problem i dont see how its better than previous one
pearl: 7-8 (very creative, it helps team which is very good)
gus: 9 (i dont like giving 9 becuase its way too close to perfection but this gadget is very good)
mike:10 (absolute perfection, i hope it gets added)

While were on the topic here, how about give Leon a different starpower then Invisiheal, because theres no circumstance where using your super to run away where the healing is better then the speed. I could rant about it more, but ive tried so many times to find any sort of use for invisiheal, and it never works, and literally every situation, the speed wouldve been better
Why do so many of these hav trade offs, I get that it’s unique for like 2 brawlers to trade stats but this is ridiculous and contributes to the coin shortage because you would need the other one if you didn’t always want the trade off

I was thinking fir Dougs starpower the name would be Last Serve: it gives anyone(your allys)a 3000hp shield after dying. But! If you threw it at an enemy. It would cause 400dmg for 5s. Hope this helps!

In a match, janet will get an button if turn on her attack go longer(just like holding it) but

0:45 I would've completely removed the recharging radius and added it so that when Sam throws his super, it recharges by itself in like 20 seconds
