@JSR-n9iDon't look at the percentage look at the actual amount. in 1971 Bangladesh population was 68,376,204. 30% (1564761.6) was hindus. (2024) The current population of Bangladesh is 173,793,780. 8% (8560593.6) of them are hindu. if we look at the percentage it decreases 30% to 8% but if we look at the actual amount the Hindu population increases. If they say Hindu was 22%. It is still the same.

    • @MarshalVeliant
      @MarshalVeliant 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

@JSR-n9i maybe you don't understand how math work. Let me teach you. If there are 100 people and 10 of them hindu. If each of them gave birth to 2 people then the next population would be 100²=10000 and the Hindu population would be 10²=100. Let's count the percentage. The last Hindu population is 10%. The next generation would be (100 ÷ 10000)× 100=1%. Look the amount of birth is the same but percentage decreases 10% to 1%.

My Muslim friends and neighbours are with us. And , the 10% Hindus, who were attacked after our ex PM Sheikh Hasina left Bangladesh , are corrupted Awami League Party members or the Awami League supporters who used to support Awami League openly after doing corruption. Because BNP won't be able to rule the country after 5 years and then Jamaat - E - Islami will rule , which will completely destroy Bangladeshi Hindu community. After ousted of Hasina, immediately the Muslim community took care of the minority brothers, their temples and their business center. Yes, few isolated events were taken place by the anti social elements but the number is very low. perhaps 50+ ruling party notorious workers were killed, only (02 of 50) of from Hindu community for their misdeeds when they were in power, so percentage (4%) is very low comparing with Muslim ruling party notorious workers.

Indian media is far beyond being "dallas". How wretched their hearts are!
We in Bangladesh both muslims and non muslims are being persecuted by the political parties both bnp and awami.
Indeed many times hindus are bring attacked bcz thry exist. Bt not because there are Hindus or that the "muslim" attackers hate hindus! Not at all
As a bangladeshi let me assure you, we consider each and everyone of our people OUR PEOPLE. Be it any minority.
My favourite teacher is a hindu. Anyhow, hindus if not robbed like us muslims in everywhere, they are being targeted bcz of being the minority either so that the awami goons can prove oh see hasina was better at protecting the minorities in bangladesh, see hasina was better so it's enough of a good reason to bring her back OR the bnp is doing these so that we feel helpless and vote for them to bring safety in the nation so that they get the power .
Mind it both muslims and hindus are being attacked and BOTH MUSLIM AND HINDU STUDENTS have protested together for each others right to gain a govt job based on their merit and not based on who their grandfather was!
I maybe will not sleep tonight as well as a muslim bcz of the fear of robbers. By hindu batchmate might be doing the same cz of the same reason.
I have been following Indian media news and these independent news channels for a quite while and i didn't see the mainstream media crying for the minorities of Manipur as much as they should've. It's a shame that your own children are crying actively for food while u rant about other parents not having the ability to provide their children with food.
Manipur has been burning people there are more distressed than us. Atleast most of us muslims and hindus in Bangladesh have a roof to stay under and pray for our scurity bt Manipur doesn't even have that.
Thinking about them just made me sad bt indian media has been silent as if manipur is not yours!? Then give it up to Bangladesh. Atleast we'd consider them our own and do as much as we can to ease their difficulties.

During protest..specially after 16th July a lot of workers of these opposition party’s joined... Abu Sayeed (1st martyr) was a BD Islami ChatroShibir (Jamat's student wing) activists... Sayeed inspired a lot... Also during Carfew & Internet blackout a lot of opposition leaders & workers were arrested along with students...some were killed...
When the students announced the non-operation movement more opposition party workers joined this movement... Literally everyone hated this Regime so it was obvious that a lot of the protestor turns out to be a worker of opposition party....
You can say 70% of protestor were normal students.. 30% was BNP/Jamat & other party workers...
To say opposition party's didn’t want anything from this protest until they were accused & killings... It is inevitable that if another election happens... They will win..
They have been fighting Dictatorship for a whole dacade... A lot of their workers died...
I was in the protest several times.... When facing gun shots and tearshells.. They were the bravest one...they literally innovated ways to win conflict..like using tin-shed as sheild switching front liners time to time...
This protest was never a Hindu Muslim issue...
Muslim Leaders announced immediately after Hasina’s resignation to protect Hindu Minorities... Coz they knew The regime will play Hindu card again...They did.. But failed... It’s true some of the accusations were (maybe 5%) was true... Some of them turned out to be pro-Hasina regime...
I hope I've explained enough....my English skill is not that good... Pardon that 🫠

I am from Bangladesh and I agree with most of his statements. But one thing he didn't mention is that from the very beginning of these things, Muslims (basically Madrasah students) started to guard the Hindu temples, in almost all over the country. Apart from this, I would like to share my observation on this minority attacking. I live in a small city. And just after the fleeing of the former PM, people started to attack on some targeted shops and business centres. These shops were basically owned by the leaders and strong supporters of the previous government. Most of them were owned by Muslims and only a few were owned by Hindus. At the same time, hundreds of shops owned by Hindus were left untouched. And there was not a single attack on any Hindu temples in my city. So, thses attacks were mostly (not all) targeted to the leaders and supports of the former government. This thing is also same for attack on Ahmedia community. Almost all the ahmedias are supporters of the former government. And hence they were attacked.

I don't think these attacks are political, these are just purely attack on Hindu religion. and, just admit it. Not even 1%. In fact during Hasinas dict@torial regime more Hindus were att@cked, forcefully rem0ved from their homes that any other regime in the history of Bangladesh. Remember 2021? Also When Trump was the president, a team of Bangladeshi Hindus went to him complaining about their dire situation. You can see that video, its still on youtube. Bashundhara, a real state company, under the shelter of Hasina has made more Hindus h0meless than our liberation war back in 1971! But yes "hasina is the savi0r of the minorities"!

    Thankyou for this interview.
I have a question He as a proud Bangladeshi repeated that he doesn't want any kind of interference from The Indian government. But then we see the video recording released by the BSF men on duty showing thousands of Bangladeshis probably Hindus and other minorities asking for refuge and even crying when they were denied. And it really breaks heart to see them in such state.
In some sense the situation does affect our own stability.
If the situation doesn't normalise there soon, More and more people will be flocking near the borders making it harder for the Indian government as demand for opening the borders has also been raised by many influential people from our side.
What I can see now is that the current interim government is Quite weak and the situation is looking very grim.
So what should Indian government do now?
Should it be to provide unconditional support even when the situation worsens?
Should it just maintain its borders closing eyes and ears?

      @md.junayedhossain7955 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

First of all, if you analyze each one of those people in the border video, I am quite certain these people were somewhat associated with awami league, they are fleeing because they know people will take revenge for what they did for the last 15 years. That's why they are fleeing for their lives. It's sad, but if you were a Bangladeshi they absolutely deserved this fate. However I just had lunch with my hindu friend a minute ago, all cool.
Secondly, let me be very clear on this, Indian intervention is the absolute LAST thing we want in this country or put it bluntly "Leave us alone". Because in the last 15 years the dictator Hasina has been in power because of indian secret intervention. I love you as my neighbor, but dislike how your politics has crippled this country's democracy. Thank god dictator hasina is gone for good.

@@md.junayedhossain7955 From what I have read, it seems that those people were from nearby villages and, when asked, they recounted many harrowing experiences. Even if I assume that all of them-men, women, and children-had links with the once single largest party, the Awami League, and were fleeing for political rather than communal reasons, it does not justify their current situation. Saying they deserve a certain fate is quite harsh. Does that mean burning homes or lynching people? Such mob mentality can lead to chaos and is definitely not good for anyone.
I hope the situation returns to normal in the coming days, allowing more Hindus and other minorities to go out freely without fear, just like you and your friend. The actual culprits should be punished by the law rather than through vigilantism.
The Indian government had strong ties with Hasina, who was favored because she tried to balance relationships with both India and China, unlike the right-wing BNP, which has had an anti-India stance since its inception and seems more likely to come to power in the upcoming election. India’s neighboring countries, like Nepal, Maldives, and Bangladesh, generally do not have a foreign policy immune to the political ideology of the party in power.
We’d love to leave you alone, but when we see what happened in Sri Lanka after it defaulted on Chinese loans, and India had to provide emergency funds following the economic slowdown caused by COVID-19, it raises significant concerns here as it poses great security risks to us.
For its safety, I think India is bound to act. I hope that in the future, both governments can come together to work towards greater economic integration and maintaining peace.

Now what just happens in Bangladesh you can say it was a new birth.
The attack that happened on many residence and business:
    1. Most of them were owned by Awami League leaders. There were hindus and Muslims both, buy Awami League were spreading only the hindus news. And this things happens by the BNP and Jamamt and other opposition parties not by the majority people who supported general students.
    2. Some BNP jamat leaders who were hungry for the last 15 years they also stared to do the same like Awami League like looting shops, taking money from businesses, and general students and army are trying to stop them.
    3. Many hindu and Muslims who wants to take to the opportunities to become a refugee and earn something they are trying to get in to India for their own benefits.
    4. People are removing all the corrupt people from every institution like schools, banks, markets and Awami League is spreading this with the help to godi media that only hindus are targeted.
Now as a neighbour of lndia we want to have a peace relationship and want to develop together like the countries in Europe are doing, but your media is creating hate among the bangladeshi people’s Against Indian people. And maximum people are laughing to see how dumb indians are to believe this things. We know very well that hasina is putting a lot of money to godi media to speard this news Against Bangladesh. And its all her fault because she made a system that if the corrupt people were unble to comming out of this corruption. And cause to do more more corruption and that makes people to get angry about. And now she flew aways with our money and putting us in dept of billon of dollars. So if india wants to maintain a good relationship i suggest indian people should also stand Against the corruption and the false news spreading Against Bangladesh. Yes our hinds are struggling but we Muslims are also giving our best to protect them. If all the bangladeshis are bed then you would have seen genoc*ide like the hit**ler did. People who were involved with gov Weather they were muslims or hindus or other religious they are being harassed by the BNP and jamats. They also vandalized our police stations also. They are the main culprits not the general people and army is starting to file a case Against them also.
So Indian people stop your media to spread this hate with by taking money from hasina, otherwise our relation will get worse.

I would like to add a few points:
Did BNP and Jamat, who are oftentimes labeled as 'anti-minority party', openly said or did anything against the Hindus? No, not a single evidence did exist or documented. Instead, you may find the opposite, BNP and most Islamic organizations have openly said and ,in many palaces, volunteered for the protection of minority.
    2. there was a power vacuum right after Hasina's departure, and many criminals took it as opportunity, which caused serious security problems for everybody.
    3. There were targeted attacks to most Awameleager (Hasina's party) by the general public and opportunist criminals, and it happened out of vengeance. It was very specific against Awameleager. But I can't deny one fact that there is a disproportionate connection between Awameleage and Hindus. And those Hindus who happened to be Awameleager were not spared from this attack.
    4. There were some evidences of annoinymus looting and vandalism happened but nobody knew who and why. In many cases, when they were cought, it was found that it was done by Awameleager to put blame on BNP+Jamat to gain international support. This is a very old tactic of Hasina to prove to the whole world that she is their only secular alternative.

These hate activities are part of political agenda.
Bangladeshis are peaceful in nature. Hopefully people who are behind these will be caught soon In shaa Alllah.
Indian should stop broacasting exaggerated news. Its making things worse.
Hindus are loved and cared much more than how Muslims are in India. Modi should concentrate on spreading hate for Muslims in India. The protesters will never do such. They are staying up all night to protect Hindus and their temples FYI.
