About the basket with the funny smell--I know it isn't always possible, but I once bought a Kate Spade handbag on line which was new, but smelled really strange--I think it had been in a smoker's home. I asked my mom what to do and she told me to put a cup of coffee beans in a muslin bag and close it up in the handbag for a few days. I was very surprised, but it got rid of the smell and I use the bag to this day. Yay mom!

Wow you’re so lucky with your op shops! Ours here in Australia are soooooo expensive and don’t have anything anywhere near as good as the things you find. We don’t have ‘goodwill bins’ either.

Dried flowers wooden flowers, silk flowers Etc anything but plastic looks so much better. by the way you can dry your own hydrangeas just by purchasing a hydrangea shrub in the spring, by Fall you will have all the hydrangeas you need and they dry right on the shrub❤❤❤ you do such an amazing job I really enjoy your videos I just don't know how you find the things you do maybe it's having that idea in mind before going into the thrift store. You seem to find a lot at the bins which is fascinating to me!

I like all of today's projects. Another way to get a clean fabric edge is to clip edges used in sewing. The heart and art work are my favorites today.
