Thanks Boris! Yep, the FT-710 is a very nice rig. I've had many different radios- also the FT-991A - that I used mainly for /P (fieldwork), but the '710' really is my favourite of all of them. Sure, it would have been nice if Yaesu had it with backlight, but it is what it is and frankly I don't really miss it. I checked my qrz.com log and I discovered we had some /P contacts (2 with my temporary callsign PE75OUW in 2020 and another one in 2021). Would be great to talk to you again! 73 from NL Ramon
