The green was added in-camera. By color process what do you mean exactly? I worked in color management, with davinci wide gamut working color space. added my selfmade color palette lut that transformed the color from sony look more towards arri. This helped me to eliminate the strong reddish hues. Then power windows and look with hsl and curves.
What do you think about using umbrella light with double diffusion instead of bouncing light from the wall or booklight? Sometimes i think umbrella even could replace softbox with grid.
Tbh I never used an umbrella. It's a nice soft source especially with double diffusion i guess. Pretty sure there are certain scenarios where they can replace booklight or wallbounce. The reason why i prefer booklight is i can create pretty big surfaces to make it soft even from a larger distance. And prefer the rectangular catchlight in close ups cuz they can be identified as windows. It may replace softbox but not with grid i guess. Grid gives a huge spill control.
@@MarciBognar Ok got it. Im just looking for another option instead of softbox for shooting inside small apartments with low ceiling ~2.6 - 2.7 meters. Have you tried lightmats like amaran f22c? They looks so comfortable for a one man band in theory. especially for toplight scenarios when there is just no place for huge softbox under the ceiling.
@@antonzavarzin7208 im sucker of f22c. Worked with it and it's great, especially for top light. I wish there was a bigger 33 version of it. Falcon Eyes can be another cheaper alternative but it's just bicolor.

In 2020 i stood up from my software dev chair and started to work as a freelance videographer. Most of my knowledge comes from yt and from experience. In the past two years i had the chance to work on bigger productions as an electrician where i can learn a lot by observing.

Yeah, that's a better approach if you have access to proper tungsten/fluorescent units.
