Thank you for videos like this...people who own are very pleasant and they did stop to see condition was valid and left. Havent called since but we were told it will take 1 year recovery time with rehab after surgery ... this happened icy snow storm day and well, fall was inside staircase. Other areas ribs front and back, hip, ankle and foot on their dominant side as well.

Thanks. It was 300k bc his shoulder injury was more severe than just an arthroscopic shoulder procedure. From what I recall this client needed anchors and other hardware. So just more serious shoulder injury.

I had a slip and fall in queens long Island city lefrak I have witnesses co workers because it happened across the street from my job. My supervisor came across the street and he fell to the ambulance that came the driver almost fell to my co worker called the ambulance for me he so me on the ground it was ice on the corner. I just had surgery they put plates and screws in 4 fractures and dislocated ankle they said I would probably have arthritis and I will not walk the same thats the doctor talking . Do you think I will get a decent settlement great video please reply thank you

had a nasty slip and fall on a grocery store floor water had been there camera shows for an hour and a half with no one cleaning it... The grocery store said at first that it wasn't their fault but that they wouldn't pay me over $20,000 at first, then they offered $100,000 said they wouldn't pay more than that so I'm thinking I should maybe take them to court what do you think? I have permanent damage in my neck and permanent damage in my lower I'm in excruciating pain everyday this accident occurred 5 years ago
