Well done, I ran this as well, fourth time. The second loop is always the better of the two, a bit more secluded and your generally on your own!

Totally agree about the best bits of a race. The faff to get there and get started is not the best

Nice video.. Didn’t even know Grizdale did a marathon! Have visited a few times, not realised, but unfortunately it’s just too far away from home to do 😕 I also remember the roads to get to and from Grizdale (from Keswick direction) are quite tight, and never my most relaxing drives. Perhaps one day. .. how was the parking?
Parking was good yeah, pretty efficient.
