Koreans do things with such a high degree of quality. Having lived in Korea for six years, I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experiences. Now back in the US for 8 years, I still miss Korea and think about it nearly every day.
What you do is beautiful and interesting, because I do it too: that is, cooking. And as an Italian I noticed some passages in the video that are not correct. When cooking pasta, use plenty of water (4/5 liters per kilo of pasta) when cooking. Once ready, or if you want "al dente", cook it one or two minutes less than the time indicated for cooking. Importantly, once the pasta is ready it must be seasoned immediately and not let it cool by incorporating oil to keep it separate! In doing so, the pasta will be sticky, with a rubbery consistency and will tend to break easily when heated in the various sauces. Then making a tomato sauce is simple, here in Italy we don't use to directly incorporate the raw peeled tomatoes directly into the cooked pasta. For a good sauce with or without meat you can use either tomato puree, or previously coarsely ground peeled tomatoes. Fry the onion with extra virgin olive oil, I repeat with or without meat to your liking, after the onion is wilted, pour in the tomatoes, bring to a boil and lower the heat by boiling slowly, season with salt and cook for 70/80 minutes. It is important to use olive oil and not other oils or fats. Now I have gone too far. However, if someone would like to know the right procedure for a good pasta with clams or mussels, I will be happy to describe everything.
@Az Op You're risking death sentence from italian court for saying it's toxic... i always heard the opposite about Oil, every oil will be toxic at the smoking point but EVO should smoke at the highest temperature.. I'm not a chef maybe wrong but this Is basic italian knowledge, that the olive oil Is supreme over all other oils xD Anyway for frying onions or any other thing in any kind of tomato sauce, EVO is the choice, we Just fry Chips in other oils 😂
@Az Op actually it's dangerous because olive oil has got a closer burning point compared to corn or other seeds oil. For the rest it is the best oil to cook, but you have to pay attention when it comes to fry. Then when you mentioned 30 minutes I hope you were talking about the tomato sauce. As for what I have just seen in the video cooking pasta and sauce together at high heat is a big mistake because it will result in overcooked pasta and bitter sauce. Not exactly Italian cuisine in this video, but very close to it.

Esatto...ci sono tanti errori ...tra l altro non ho visto olio d oliva extra vergine, ha messo anche la cipolla nel pelato che ha usato per i molluschi, e tra l altro io il condimento lo farei contemporaneamente alla pasta e poi 2/3 min prima che è pronta la finisco di cuocere dentro il condimento in cottura ...e ce n è sarebbero altri di errori tipo l assenza di un po di vino bianco, prezzemolo, pepe, ecc ...
Nei ristoranti si cucina così!!!! Si prepara tutto prima e poi si assemblano le cose !!!!! La base del pomodoro è uguale x tutti i piatti !!!!! Meno male che noi non vediamo niente !!!!! Ma ha usato gli stessi guanti x lavori diversi !!! Nei ristoranti le salse che rimangono vengono tutte riciclate il giorno dopo ma non solo le salse ma tante cose !!!! A volte è meglio mangiare a casa 🏡
