Aside from looking delicious, the culinary skills of the cook is mesmerizing. Watching him gives me the same feeling when I watch my favorite singer does incredible high notes that give me goosebumps.
I'm italian and almost all he did it's totally wrong, no italian would eat this.

@@sSomeonne the comment I replied to is about chef skills. A good chef with great skills knows how to cook ingredients with knowledge and he didin't, so it's not about authentic cuisine but it's about the quality and knowledge. I'm not a cheef but as italian I know that he made something very badly, it's like if he cook a raw hamburger with chocolate and people congratulates him. It's not about patriotism or be annoying.

I know it's a restaurant, but the scale is unbelievable! Grilled beef and shrimps look so delicious and make me hungry. The skill of chef is so good too. 💜
We call grilled beef steak.....Not sure why though lol

Those onion cutting skills are legendary. On a sidenote, I've always wondered how restaurants like this do clean up afterwards. Must be a small nightmare, especially after making steak.
Keep your station as clean as possible through the day, usually an hour or so of dedicated cleaning at the end of the night. I've only worked in small diners though, not sure for larger places
Larger kitchens have dedicated cleaning crews for everything from deep clean, to pots and pans, to kitchen cleaning maintenance. Many kitchens only have their cooks wash their own knives.
I'm Italian and the only thing i can say is that you did an amazing work, keep it up!

Tu sei contenta? Ha messo la pasta nelle padelle nel giro dello stesso secondo o quasi. Poi li ha tirati fuori uno dopo l'altro a distanza di almeno 15 secondi col fuoco al massimo. Se ti piace la pasta supercotta contenta te. Per la carne invece non dico niente
