- Ashish Ranjan is an ex-ISRO, ex- BARC Scientist. He has spent the past 5 years writing a book on his experience of getting selected and working in India's Nuclear program and how he worked his way up into India's space program despite his poor academic background. Ashish had scored 53/100 in Mathematics and 61/100 in Physics on his 12th boards. He even failed Physics in his 11th Standard - never got admitted to top universities for his B.Tech. like IITs or NITs. Yet, he made his way into India's two of the largest research organizations as a Scientist. He has recently published a Book, "The Boy Who Did Not Sign" which is a fictional story inspired by a true event in Ashish's life as a young scientist at BARC trying to get recruited for the ISRO scientist position. The book is about pursuing a dream career despite our limitations and disadvantages, about the romantic relationship dynamics we all face, about doing the right thing, and much more. Sunil Chetri mentions that when he was in struggling phase & he wasn't able to have a proper pair of shoes, he wished for help from govt. or an authority but he didn't got that and now when he is captain of indian football team and when he can own a showroom of shoes,he is getting freebies from shoe companies.
I think this story best describes how struggling ones are treated in our nation.

I just started following you and you're such an inspiration ❤...i am a clg stdnt and i was studying all day in last 2yrs and i just realised that this is breaking me mentally my health was also falling apart and i was not doing good even in my studies. Bhaiyaa, Im in class 10 and my maths is very weak, In science and sst im good but in half yearly i failed my maths exam what should i do? It's really painful to see all these things, everyone in my class say ki "Rattha marta hai ye" but sach mai maine kabhi science mai rathha nai maara aur maths to actually me ek din pehle hi padha tha kioki mujhe kuch samjh nahi aata usme😢

I have chronic tension headache (continuously headache) and my library timing is 8 to 4 but in 8 hours I'm not studying continuously . Sometime i feel how i can crack this exam.. bcz i can't study continuously.. bcz of my health issue i feel so demotivated
