You forgot to say it's the land of smiles.
I've been to Thailand several times, mostly Phuket, but also Bangkok and Pattaya. The food is so good it's impossible to describe it, and you won't find nicer people anywhere on the planet. It's THE #1 country anyone should have on their bucket list :)
@JOHNNY Im planning on going at the end of June / start of July, but just found out im heading to the rainiest months.... is that true? I wanted to go to the beach and later head up north to see some of the elephant sanctuaries, one way ticket. Any sugestions? is there still sun during the next 3 months?
@@joabohorquez5228 Avoid the western and middle regions now, it's soon at the wettest part of the rain season there, June has an average of 25 rainy days. The dry season starts around 1st of November, not sure how long it lasts. I know parts of the north and especially the east, have different periods, but I don't have the data. Just google it.
NEVER EVER go during the wettest parts of the rain season, it's absolutely insane how much it can rain, you are not going to have a good time at all.
The food is good but only if you like your food VERY spicy.

I don't believe that Thailand is the land of smile. Because people there are seeing foreigners like a walking ATM machine , specifically woman's there had big smile to Western guy's
More people are think we're like that, But not at all. Philippines girls, Laos, or vietnamese they're like to say or let the tourist (European) to understand that they're Thai , also the immigrants in Thailand now more this people and this the problem for us
