- I this video I replace the Master Cylinder and the Slave Cylinder in my 1995 Chevrolet S10 with a 4.3 v6 and a 5 speed manual transmission. I love this truck and I’ve been needing to fix it for a month and haven’t had time. I hope y’all enjoy! Hit that like button and subscribe! Thanks for watching!
Great video! I have a '94 that I have to replace the starter in so I'm going to go ahead and replace the MC and CSC while I'm at it. Hopefully it goes as smooth as yours.
I hope so too bud! Thanks for the comment!
Changed mine 6 times...never stopped sucking air
I hope I don’t have that problem!
Worst design ever
@@HILLBILLY_HARDthe clutch switch is also junk I unplugged it I'm already together you can't put a momentary button on that and it's fine
I drove my pin in before I stuck it down in there those things suck
how do i reattach the line to mc , i cant get it to hook in it keeps falling right out after i put the little lock piece back through, i put the little oring in there in that whole, is that whats stopping it, is the line supposed to make a pop sound to let me know that it's in there correctly before i put the pin back in ?
The o-ring seal slides over the nipple on the line and then the line slides into the mc. You can see when it stops. Also check to make sure the old o-ring ain’t stuck inside the mc. Then once it’s seated all the way up just slide the roll pin through the slot.
@@HILLBILLY_HARD after reinstalling the MC what should I do after if I still have a dead clutch?
It takes a lot of pumping to get all the air out. Like a ton…
@@HILLBILLY_HARD so just need to keep bumping the clutch , i dont have a mityvac
because I pumped it a whole lot yesterday and still had a dead peddle .
