By chance, since the camera was on you guys the entire time, will you re-record so we can see a real POV? I’ve been waiting for someone oversees to film a proper POV so we can see what the rider sees.
Amazing Pov 😉 I went on Valhalla 3 times yesterday and on the 2nd and 3rd go, the ring of fire worked, it was incredible, honestly the best rides I've had since the reimagining 😁

Went on it this Sunday that just passed! The queue time was relatively quick and the actual ride was great. The sense of community was lovely too because everyone who had already been on the ride were giving their ponchos to other riders so they didn’t have to buy one!
My only issue is that the drainage in the boats doesn’t seem to have been solved as me and my sister had our feet in a pool of water (free foot spa I guess lmao 😂😂), luckily we brought a pair of sliders to change into for the ride!
It’s great to have this huge ride back open!

It was brilliant getting on this today for the first time in 6 years. Was very pleased to see the ring of fire too! I actually thought I hadn’t got too wet until the last drop, which was like a bucket being pored on your head!

I went to the pleasure beach on the 10th of June. I was really looking forward to going on the new Valhalla ride. Queued up for over half an hour, only to be told that the ride was closing for the day due to technical issues.. oh well, hopefully the ride will be open the next time we visit.
Going there tomorrow, I’m pretty excited to finally get on Valhalla after a long wait.

best part is at the last drop where you go through the fire! amazing

Went to blackpool pleasure beach couple of weeks back, blackpool has the best indoor rides in the UK how they cram everything into such a small area is astonishing rides like this, wallace & grommit and alice & wonderland & falls are fantastic, they’re not thrill rides but they are rides you don’t get anywhere else. In wallace & grommit they manage to show you all the different scenes out of every film with soundtrack it’s very well made and gives you the feel like your on the set it’s hilarious

Great ride this better than the log flume rides went on this the Saturday just gone what an experience you get a proper soaking from the 2 big Drops
i just went here for a school trip and it was so fun i rode on it twice

@Themeparkworldwide @shawn i was at southport pleasureland on monday and you were right the dodgems music was awesome they played cotten eyed joe no new roller coasters as of yet sadly you will have to try and find out if any new costers are getting added

Went on yesterday. I found the experience from the front and back rows are different. The front row gets DRENCHED 😂 The back row not as bad. Curious what being in the middle rows is like haha

fabulous video however I must say that Valhalla didn't look this great when I went on it not too long ago (after technical rehearsals!) i think a trip after your american roundtrip is due to see how reliable the ride is!

Watched part of this before hoping then I went screw it I'm hoping on so I did best thing ever plus I got to scare some girls in front of me by whispering "run" behind after the 1st drop.
Best part was that I hate rollercosters and being 14 and my mum who did want go on from last time stranded me on it but still it was fun laughed at fear you know the usual stuff
Does it still drop you backwards?? I have such vivid memories of a backwards drop with a huge splash when I was a teenager!! It was terrifying but by far the best log flume ride in the Uk. Glad its back open. ❤

How bloody good is that pyro frame on the last drop!
All boats are still seemingly getting different experiences with some effects running very well and others not so much.
Freyja does appear a little more "Hot Ice" than anything else.
The reverse drop is not missed at all and love the water cannon at the base of the hill; front left of the boat and you've absolutely NO CHANCE of being dry!
The audio STILL hasn't been resolved but hopefully continued feedback could change this.
10 rides so far, back again next week for hopefully 20 rides in a go!

@@LauraBidingCitizen It did, but on ride experiences show the sound is not what it needs to be in various parts of the ride. New ARBs are very loud and drown out the sound of the story.

Do you know whether you will be able to get a front facing POV with all effects on at some point? Even from this video before riding, I did not expect that the fire was actually in the water when you go down that final drop! I just thought it was just around the top of you, but it was right in front of you! I can't even describe to people how it felt thinking I was going to be incinerated!!
It is an incredible effect when it works as it should. No matter where you are sat in the boat you get absolutely drenched and then a very intense feeling of warmth from the pyro. Awesome effect.
They wouldn’t allow us to film the ride facing forwards unfortunately! The fire effect in the trough is spectacular!
Went on this 3 days ago and my waterproofs were so good I remained BONE dry 😂 I came off and pulled them off and my stunned girlfriend looked at me while stood there soaking wet (even though she had a poncho and waterproof trousers on).

I remember being a kid about 20 years ago and being forced to go on this with my mother. Hated it. I’ll never understand what kind of mindset you need to “enjoy” roller coasters and the likes.. it’s 1 step down from people who explore underground caves. Mental people!

I've never been to blackpool, but I've been on some incredible rides at other places. To me, this really does look boring, cant understand the cheers to it unless i missed something in the dark 🤔🤔 x

She's like "god I freaking hate getting wet," hahah the entire time. I did start wearing ponchos on all water rides after seeing her do it though. Never looking back. Hah Wish I had some shoe bags though, wet shoes are no fun.

Honestly, these new scenes, like the flying skeletons that new animatronic crow that Jumpscare with the skeleton and the lanterns in my opinion, are all not only fantastic additions, but I actually think they’re better than what they replaced!😁

I've seen some rubbish on TH-cam, but never anything quite as appallingly bad as this. I think watching paint dry in the dark would be more exciting than a ride on this.
The ride is quite dark in places!
Evidently that is literally just a water ride in the dark? This was a huge disappointment.
