It depends what type of bending You have. I'm my solution i can have variable radius. But there is problem with small radiuses.

Generally no. All modification were made in screen only. Few buttons with script under and some brains working in background.

It's regular Mach3 with custom homing and little GUI changes. Any other changes are up to machine.
