It’s been a while since I’ve listened to anything off Neighbourhoods but man does this song still go off. I really hope Tom brings some riffing like this in the new record. Fingers crossed!
Of course not but it’d be cool. I always thought it sounded nice. There are some things I personally think sound cool that he does live like the bridge to First Date and a riff in the middle of Feeling This. Anyways, great cover 👍
@@littleredguitars2 man sounds awesome. Did you hear the dude ranch full album cover that was done a few months back? I thought that guy did a great job.
My drummer and bassist get mad when I do my verse's with just 1 cord like that but then I ALWAYS shut them up with a kickass chorus and what not.. I'm learning from Tom sometimes other stuff sound's better for a song and just let a d ring out or w/e
Hikup, what everyone is trying to say is that it’s not a replica or signature series, it’s actually a guitar that was previously owned and modified by Tom Delonge himself. Jon managed to buy it from a guy in a band who toured with Blink years ago. Tom gave the guitar to this guy and this year he sold it to Jon. Clearer?
Hikup it’s Tom’s actual Les Paul he used back in the Dude Ranch era. It’s not a production model. Just a regular les Paul that actually belonged to him.
maybe a fairly unpopular opinion but I think this is some of Tom's best guitar work, I think the main riff is extraordinary
the subtle bend in the verse octave is so perfect
He wrote the riff way back when, if you watch the documentary on the self titled album theres a part wheres hes playing it
I personally feel that this goes with bcr
like all your other covers, the sound is spot on again!
thanks man
I’ve probably learned almost every blink song just from watching your vids, thank you so much for everything I’ve learned

Seymour Duncan invader
Love this song! how many guitars do you have??!
you play it good it just needs a lil more of that punk twist
when you do the verse and chorus, is the 5th string palm muted or just leave it open? thanks in advance sir.
Its muted. Not with my palm though

Fuck yes bro
What video software are you using ? I can’t pick up reaper bias etc with obs and I’m going insane
What Gibson are you using in this video
I didn't know Gibson made a production model
@@AzaWTVR it the exact one he used or a mass production model like they do with billie joe

i didn't know this for years, but listen to the verse, there's a bend on the octave at the end of every bar

cool cover tho
Man you should play guitar instead of Matt Skiba, that guitar sounds great!!
That spelt out E in the pre-chorus though...
if only the actual album was mixed well...
Do all systems go, shouldn't be too different.
never heard of it
I still hate this song.
ok
