I have never used L-rods to broadcast healing. I have used L-Rods to find aspects of our Mother, such as Energy lines and Ley Lines. I have spent many, many hours meditating on Ley Lines and Fields of Consciousness in order to heal a particular place or the world overall. They can magnify your intentions/consciousness and help broadcast your intention a long distance. As for physical healing I suggest finding a geospiral and spending time in its embrace and have a body part in direct contact with the Earth, bare skin is not necessary as long as you have only a thin piece of cotton clothing separating you from our Mother's Earth. Here is a video on Geospirals

Sorry about that. I have bells attached to my dogs collar to alert critters in the area about our presence. Still, last year at Ramapo Walls we ran into a bear.
