We had worse exp with hyundai and filed a complaint against them, they settled everything and we went for tata, and same happened! After taking things serious we started to make them feel this is not going to be as easy for them, and then everything went okay🤣 car got delivered!

@@CoupleOnWheelsYT yeah the executive has agreed to deliver the vehicle within one month once advance payment is done he lost interest and we had to call him to know the status and finally I realised that they can't do anything. I collected the higher authroties email address and send a detailed email.
Later on showroom guys started contacting me explaining about their situation and they update the status frequently got the vehicle within few weeks.
So we need to escalate in order to fix the issues otherwise nothing gonna happen.
