first 30 seconds of this video;
guy completely ignores the eye and doesn't cast moonfire on it for like 5 seconds, he doesn't interrupt with typhoon like he should and shifts to bear and kicks it late, and then he sits in the puddle under boss, gaining stacks of -10% health debuffs while roaring WAAAAAAAAy too early on the adds
