NOTE: not available for Android! Which is a real shame. This is one of the best-designed apps I have ever seen. As a (retired) UI/UX designer, this app brings a tear of joy to my eye. A beautifully simple yet powerful design. [Edited to add] If you have an Android device, try Metronomous. It has basically the same functionality as Impulse, but with a more conventional UI design (which may have it's pros and cons - I haven't used it enough yet to give a proper review). Also free to install and very highly rated.
Impulse is amazing! It has improved my cajon playing greatly. I love being able to use the 3 clicks to distinguish clicks for snare, bass and ghost notes. I also like the silent “click” for rests.
