They are working on it; they just recently figured out how to un hardcode the animation and skeleton system(the reason her skirt poofs is that P3MC’s Skeleton is missing the female animation points FeMC’s Skirt needs to attach ) so now they just have to add those points to the skeleton

I only got into Persona 3 thanks to Kotone FeMC (who's more interesting than her male counterpart) so seeing all the hard work on the mods just to include her in Reload makes me so happy.
First: For the VA you did spectacular in this. Second: I love Kotone All out attack but i think she need an animation to made her different from Makoto.
I don't know if they would be able to, but I hope they can give her animated cutscenes and a more spear based fighting style. Otherwise, this mod is stunning. I might have to try it when I get a pc
If the mod is made by an American/English speaking team it's gonna be complicated to have a Japanese VA. Maybe they could reuse her Portable voice, the Japanese voices didn't change unlike the English ones. I'm already super impressed by all the things they accomplished in so little time.

I love this song and mod, but the song’s intro feels a bit slow for the speed of an ambush attack. Maybe increasing the BPM would match the feeling even better.
At the moment it's basically a model swap. Kotone's model was rigged onto Makoto's skeleton, using his animations, which will naturally make the female model look very strange due to different body proportions compared to a male model. For the model to look right it would need to be rigged onto a custom skeleton and use custom made animations fitted to that particular model, and unfortunately it seems the mod team doesn't quite know how to do custom animations just yet (which is also why Kotone's skirt has no physics for the most part).
@kaozurei1207 actually i was thinking of considering the game is in unreal engine if am not mistaken I think the skeleton can be pushed into the character but that's more like extra stuff also yes I have used unreal engine

The model fits and the animations work well enough, but due to different model proportions (female models tend to be slimmer than males and have less broad shoulders, among other anatomical differences), the animations will make the model look worse than it really is, since their motions were thought with a male model with male proportions in mind. Then there's also the fact a male skeleton doesn't have things like skirt animation bones for obvious reasons, so Kotone's lampshade skirt doesn't help either.
At the time they hadn't really figured out how to do custom animations properly but they figured it out recently and they're working on fixing it (the first thing they did was turning her walking animation into the griddy btw )
