    Ive suffered with ibs, caused by inflamation, since childhood. It has always been triggered by greesy or spicy foods. Its almost like your body tries to warn you lol.

    If you're a Pitta-Kapha, expressing too high in Kapha, would infrared sauna help? I'm perimenopausal and have noticed that I sweat during sleep more after a sauna session, but i see the night sweats as cleansing.

    Can you explain why plant oxylates such as beets and even herbs that I use to dissolve gallstones, aggravates the gut (leaky gut )? This causes my blood pressure to spike. My tongue is pale, so I don’t understand why my blood pressure remains high despite taking chlonidine, which I don’t like taking due to side effects.

    Does anyone have an idea what is the distribution of prakriti amoung the population of all 7 combinations of doshas? I keep searching on the internet but I get mixed results.

      Go to bed before 10pm and stop eating by 6pm. Do alternate nostril breathing twice a day.

    Thank you so much for your insightfull information! My life altering problems, for which festivities next year are to be scheduled to celebrate their 20th anniversary, will hopefully now being cancelled. I have just been diagnosed with very low Pitta by Doctor Mehta and i just started to take supplements to get the fire started again. I hope this will work because i'm quite at the end of my rope here. Namaste Dr. Halpern.

      Follow the pitta diet and lifestyle suggestions, lots of websites with lists you can print out. They really do help. And don't skip meals, no fasting.

      Take a digestive enzyme and cut out processed carbohydrates, don’t drink for 30 mins before or after a meal

    Dont skip alot of meals : (8-10) (12-14) ( 15-17)

    pacifying pitta with (oilyness, data redu- the naval chakra as being mostly in the naval if not like the otther two (being in opposite chakriks )
    - athletics and lightly competitivness, great in fightings generaly mostly self oriented becouse cannot help others as much as self control

      No it increases the heat in your body

      It's suggested that we avoid coffee. I find that having one cup with cream and sugar, on a full stomach, is fine.

    Pitta doshanis the relation of fire and water , of consistancy and agni , qualityes of agni and water cannot be as separeted as the qualityes of other ones oitside of pitta

      D. Aleta Drawdy I love meat and hot spices. I have vata pitta constitution unfortunately and it always manifest as sciatic pain and intense anger

    : Don t get the stuff thats orange or you will OVER BRUN
    : the intelect is fueld by (pitta) therfor fulled by all - explenations and subdivision of the agni in pracitcul
    : people in pitta or fire got the problem of letting stuff go into itself
    : all pitta people can know the basics of discrencen , the basis of dividing stuff from or onto its bacis components

      We have all 3 doshas, so you can be a pitta with a Vata imbalance.

    while i appreciate what you;re saying... one can't walk around avoiding life and what might provoke intensity either... as a pitta who loves adventure and challenges, that's where life is... you can only modify your environment so much.
    So, what are you not supposed to follow goals!?
    sometimes, you must hyper focus on goals in life my brother.
