    IBIS is my big ask. The Nikon Dx VR lens lineup is filled with terribly slow glass compared to what other companies offer; in-body stabilization would be a godsend mated with more Z lenses. If 10-bit doesn't come out of the gate, it'll be a firmware update announced at launch -- especially with the RED development. The UVC protocol should allow for full-res USB C use. Built-in timecode support would be nice given it'll have a new CPU and some internal memory upgrade.
    Two cards? I don't think so? Thermal requirements in the body size may not handle 4k60 and dual card writes. But it'd be nice.
    I don't give too much of a toss about the LCD screen res because, well, film training y'know? It's like how 20-plus frames/s still shooting still seems like cheating. But I get it, and that said I think the screen will get an update-upgrade if it works with what Nikon can purchase them for per the expected production run and expected RMAs.

    I think we have an idea what the Nikon Z50ii may have. Hopefully a new Partial Stacked 24MP APSC sensor.

    IBIS would be a must, especially in view of what the competition offers. Faster and improved auto focus, additional features. For instance focus stacking, as the Z50 is the only body in the lineup that doesn't have it. Come on Nikon, even the Z30 features that. I keep hoping that a new FW released who bring more functionality to the Z50.

    Two card slots would be easy if they did it like the FC: One micro SD card. Nikon needs to update that camera with something soon. It's getting outpaced!

    • @visualsbyst
      @visualsbyst  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You’re right. It would be easy. But I don’t think it’s about that. It’s about whether Nikon wants to give it two card slots or not. And I don’t they do. Thanks for watching.

    Wait what!? Why do you think there will be no ibis!? That would be criminal to leave it out! You got that huge mount and not utilize it. Please elaborate.

    • @visualsbyst
      @visualsbyst  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Z50, Z30 and ZFC have that same mount and no IBIS. Right now, it doesn’t seem Nikon is interested in making a serious APSC camera. Unless they make a serious one, which then probably wouldn’t be Z50ii but a new model, I’m not hoping for IBIS. I can obviously just give my opinion like anyone else. None of us work for Nikon, so we don’t know what they’ll actually do.

    I would like to see an internal 10-bit video UHD 24 to 60p uncrop and FullHD 24p up to 180p, with Nikon Flat Profil or N-Log. HDR 10-bit Video Option. Nikon IBIS, or in body stabilization. And clean ISO up to 6400, in Video. Dual SD Card, One SD and the Other MicroSD. Free overheat issues. 2 hours UHD video recording. Mini HDMI (and not Micro HDMI). And lastly, Less than 15 score of rolling shutter.

    • @visualsbyst
      @visualsbyst  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Absolutely. That would be great, but… I don’t think all that is happening, unfortunately. And if it is, it’s not going to be a $1000 Z50. It’s going to be a $2000 Z90 or something like that.

    • @robertluxamafreethinker
      @robertluxamafreethinker 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@visualsbyst Absolutely. But, in the sense of canon thinking we could see a possibility, like Canon did with "the canon Eos R7 and Eos R10" or "the canon Eos R6 II and the Eos R8", it is something normal and fair for the consumer. Or even like the logic of the Nikon Z9 and Z8. If we have a Nikon Z90, in the same logic thinking of the Nikon fullframe line, at least it has to beat the Fujifilm XH2S and the Sony Fx30 and A6700, but not even think to compete with Canon Eos R7. Because it is already the worst one of the Top Aps-C Market right now.
      So, nikon z90 should have the same specs of the nikon z9, and nikon z50 mark2 should be the Z8 version of the nikon z90. And the nikon zfc, should be the coolest unique photographic style Aps-C against his biggest sister the Nikon ZF (fullframe), or the fuji ones.

      @@ZvilgantisKailis I don't agree that shooting in a DX mode on a full frame doesn't make sense. Several professional photographers/youtubers haven demonstrated otherwise in several use cases. However I agree that the Nikon Z7 ii is not a substitute for the Z50.
