    I get, "you can practice on me. Massage my shoulders" , from my family all the time..... I'm a PTA not a Massage Therapist.

    What I watched of this video was HILLARIOUS!! 🤣 🤣 Yeah, I was doing some physical therapy for arthritis of my hips. I walk with a really bad gait. My therapist just couldn't understand why I would walk with a gait and about the third time that he asked me, I finally raised my voice to him and said, "BECAUSE I HURT!!!!!!!"
    Until they have this kind of pain, they cannot understand.

    Love your video!!! If I could add one thing off the top of my head it would be, 'So please tell me what symptoms you've been experiencing in the past 3 or 4 days?' Pt. verbalizes her answer...........and all I can think is, 'yes mam OK, but I asked about your symptoms over past 3 days, NOT what your MRI showed in 1992! And DEFINITELY not if you had been dog sitting your sisters dog in Connecticut for 2 weeks before your symptoms began'. Uuggghhh

    I was accepted in the PTA program for this upcoming a
    August. I'm currently working as a PT Tech, and I've been working there for about 9 months. I was considering on doing Travel PTA as soon as I graduate to pay my debt faster. Would you recommend me to do Travel PTA right away? Or get some experience first?
    Ps.
    I love your channel! I've learned lots of things from it. In fact, i even mentioned you when I had my interview for the program. Keep up with the good work!!

    • @tommy11sixorozco9
      @tommy11sixorozco9 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I actually asked this last week to a PTA program director and she recommended getting some experience first then eventually doing the traveling PTA

    • @AntonioSanson
      @AntonioSanson  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yah I think getting experience can be helpful but you still can go right into traveling therapy once your a PTA.
      Thanks for supporting the channel!
      Let me know how the program goes!

    Hi can you please explain to me how long do you have to go to school to get your pta degree. Is it two years of AA degree and then two years of the pta program ? Thank you.I recently found your videos and they’re very helpful

    • @AntonioSanson
      @AntonioSanson  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks!
      Actually it only takes 2 years total depending on the pta program. Usually you take one year of prerequisites and then you take another one year in the pta program.

      Is it worth it to take fewer pre reqs at a time and get all A’s to get accepted into the program but start at a later age
