This is one of the best barbershop recordings on youtube, every chord has an incredible ring, and they are so charismatic and entertaining. Vocal spectrum is easily, for me, the greatest quartet of all time.
This is one of the best Eric Dalbey performances I've seen on video. Listen to him fulling those G♯s. What a boss.
3:38 "not yet" is so so clean
There are so many insane moments in this... their “lock and ring” is perfect. Something else I really love is Eric’s power on “Sma-“ at 3:10. These guys are an S-tier quartet - gods among men!

After doing some google searches, I’m curious. Did VS/David Wright add their own/modify the lyrics to this song? Google lyrics don’t match up entirely. I like it tho!
the original recording from swing you sinners starts with "small fry strutting by the pool room" so yeah they did add some lyrics
