The reason for the super small difference is because he's charging at 60 plus percent and most Chargers already slow down after 50%. So seeing that it's still 3 minutes faster at over 50% means that's probably much faster under 50%
i have the old one and nothing charges , the light keeps blinking no matter what power adapter/wire i use. The light keeps blinking and i don’t know what’s wrong with it

I wasn't sure if my old duo charger isn't working correctly. The smaller side is giving me problems. I was thinking about upgrading to the newer duo. I am sad to hear that only one side will charge a phone compared being able to charge two phones with the old charger.

i think the coil is small in phone and places where watch does charge....the pads on the left on both the wireless pads are bigger maybe thats why ?!

In your other video the right side of 22 version worked with iPhone and in this not with samsung,so does it (right part)work with nonsamsung phones phones?
The right side does not work with any phone. Works with only buds and the watch.
What will watt meter say for new wireless Samsung watch ? Will in-line watt meter break voltage from 9v to 5v ? Is charger 'PD' type ?

Can't say about the Sony but if they are compatible with wireless charging they should work fine. iPhone works great also.

I' ve lost the original power adapter Samsung TA300 for the Wireless Duo EP5200.
Is there any solution to use another adapter, because all of the adpters I tried did not work. The Wireless Duo only flashes its LED's orange colored.

Hmm I actually don't have my original adapter either. I have it plugged into a 35 W adapter and still working fine. Maybe the ones you are trying don't have enough watts.

I have an Anker Powerport Atom III 60 and it is working fine with the "Samsung Wireless Charger Trio", but with the "Duo", it makes the Duo just flashing organge. 🥴

Charges my airpods just fine.
The big coil is the problem, it blows up youre watch, my MK acces gets power for 1% and then does the same but it turn very hot in the 1%
think you should have tested the charging speed when the phone is nearly dead ...I think fast charging levels out when the phone is higher than 50 percent

Yes they will charge no problem. A phone will charge too.

Pretty sure the phone's software reduces the charging current as the battery gets full to reduce heat and preserve battery life. Interested to see if the difference in charging time is greater when the battery is low.

@@themastersvoice8636 Yes... it absolutely does. There's a battery setting you can enable to extend battery life which restricts the charge to 85% of maximum and then stops charging. Try enabling that in your power settings. You should also use the battery fully rather than just keep topping up the last 15% or 20%... the battery remains quite cool during the first 50% of it's charge so that would be the most benign way to charge it. If it's hot it's not good!

@@themastersvoice8636 I don't know about that with lithium batteries but you'll definitely kill lead-acid batteries if you allow them to discharge below about 50%.

I am sorry I don't have access to any Sony headphones. If they wirelessly charge they should work fine.
@@GottoGetitDone do you have any other earphones (apart from Samsung) which you can try? Asking this because I guess in the previous model, only Samsung earphones were getting charged through the wireless charger.
Yes I do have Apple AirPods and they work fine on there.

No man dont worry, wireless charging doesnt heat up the battery the way wired charging does, especially 45watt. I would say unless you plan on keeping your phone for more than 4 years, dont worry about it. Or, you can change your settings and turn off fast wireless charging (for overnight charging) and turn on battery protect to limit charging to 85%. That should give you the most battery life.

Great review. My only concern is whether this will charge through a phone case & pop socket. I'm not keen on having to remove my case every time to charge (or even the pop socket). Shame that Samsung & Apple have not addressed this to date.

Pop socket make a wireless charger, the proplem is official chargers wont support things like popsockets as they are a 3rd party accessory

About the same as the original charger so about two hours.

No, it charges at one speed. The Watch 5 does charge noticeably faster.

Probably the new one. I prefer the style of that one.
Old one is actually 2019.
Old one is better because it can charge 2 phones at the same time.

What a load of crap, I went out and bought this charger and the sales person didn't even mention that I would need a samsung C cable and samsung wall plug to make it work

Actually you can turn the fan off by shutting down the "fast wireless charge" function in your samsung phone.
I think it's the phone that is limited on wireless charging speed. The charger itself would be really faster if you'd use another phone that has better wireless charging specs.
I have these both and on the s22 series the new one charges faster so the older charger is limited in speed
The older one has a fan and the newer one does not
