We thank you for your comment , indeed you may well have made our day. Having been disappointed, with regards to the number of views our video on Manly has received so far, I must say that we are delighted with the start that Cronulla has made. What crosses our mind in hindsight, is Cronulla the ‘shire by the sea?’ In contrast we suspect after looking at the census figures for 2017, that Manly is now peopled by younger people, whose childhood and youth were spent somewhere else. Hopefully Cronulla will have more in common with our video on Rocky Point Peninsula.
A recommendation for those who return to a specific video searching for a particular point of interest. Use “precise seeking” use your finger, stylus or cursor to drag the red line at the bottom left of your screen to the right. You should then see small but very clear pictures of what is being played on the TH-cam video. After finding the picture you want, play it, or use “pinch and zoom” on a touch screen to enlarge the image for more detail. This you do by spreading or contracting the distance between your thumb and index finger whilst touching the image on the screen.
Thanks for your valued reply. Could it be that present day Cronulla is peopled by a younger generation, who neither have a sense of identity with the area or its past. Such is the significance of your living down the South Coast. Our hope is many would disprove our theory, not only by viewing but also telling us why their interest. We too like to escape to the South Coast.
@@AB-kx4nc Thanks for the encouraging comment. In truth Cronulla is one of the poorer performers that have been up for two years, so we sometimes wonder what we have done wrong. Of late we have come to the conclusion its something to do with the people of the suburb and what is happening to that suburb that at times leaves people feeling helpless or hopeful. We shall continue to make videos, encouraged by your remarks, and not dwell on things we have no control over. As a matter of interest our truly worst viewed video is North Sydney, and given its population we know not why.
@stpeterscooksriver1873 yes definitely carry on, I think it's just a case of not actually knowing that these videos exist, I just happened to stumble upon it by accident. Great work
