- This recipe for Greek farmer's salad is one of the new ones I just brought back from Greece. Although presented a little differently than the traditional way lol, the ingredients are all authentic. This is a high protein salad that's so delicious you'll never know it's low carb. Tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, boiled eggs and feta all seamlessly combined with the luxurious but light dressing. Absolutely Lynn. If you leave out the egg from the dressing it won’t be as thick....
