I smoked for many MANY years and I can attest one of the hardest parts about quitting smoking isn't just the withdrawals. In reality you're always withdrawing as a smoker. It just keep getting more intense the longer you go without smoking. The hardest part about quitting smoking is not having the oral fixation, something to do with your hands and the loss of focus that comes with quitting. Perhaps another thing is that feeling of falling into relaxation when you light up. It's actually impossible to replace especially with how often you can get that feeling. All that being said quitting is always the right move. Like with most bad habits, the downsides far outweigh the ups. Especially when it comes to dating. You can be great looking, jacked and have a solid income but most girls will straight up not look at you twice if she sees you smoking. Don't fool yourself into thinking non smokers can't smell you either. It's crazy cause I'll smell people 5 feet away that reek of smoke. Now imagine if I never smoked cause smoking makes your sense of smell far less effective even after quitting.

I don’t even know why I’m telling you this.
@Shuplitz we've all been there mate. In my teens I was so broke i fished all my old ends outta the fireplace, tried to remove as much black bits as i could and smoked em down to the filter. Most of them only had a very small draw left. It tasted and felt vile but that's addiction.
Don't feel bad it didn't stick this time. Every attempt gets you closer to your victory! 😄
May i suggest you try my suggestion about sleep/hypnosis videos in my comment above? I paid $350 and got hypnotised about 12ish years ago. That didn't work, but free TH-cam videos did. The only thing that matters is that you be kind to yourself and don't give up quitting. Tobacco companies went to great lengths to put addicting crap in those cancer sticks so that you'll be stuck paying their outrageous prices.
