Reflection room...Romance room... who would have guessed that property videos could be this much fun?? I just love love love your videos. Thank you Jamie!
Very good format. Thanks. Practical! Please do a follow through video highlighting/answering: How did you choose the auction house used? Are there loopholes to avoid dealing with auctioneers? What are the essentials of selling at auction?
Absolutely! It's about to go into Auction in a few days, so I'll make sure to do a follow up video to that showing the full breakdown of the property numbers and show everything you need to think about before selling AND buying at auction!
Great video, good to hear your thoughts as you view the property. I did think I was on one of your alternative channels when I saw the biker jacket and the moustache.
I think you made the right choice. The property is in one of the most challenged areas of Leeds and UK as a whole really. I'd imagine socioeconomic pressures Harehills' residents face would somewhat translate to your bottom line when renting this out.
Love this video Jamie! Really insightful and good to see what you would do with the property. Maybe buy one with less stairs next time though! 😀 Keep them coming
Hi Jamie, i run a maintenance business and want to buy one or two properties with a max budget of 60k. Most of the work would be done by myself. What tips would you give me as a starter?
@@JamieYork you have swayed me with your numbers and logic, I think if the numbers stack ... auction, solid profit and reinvest in the next project. As you say some of the top rooms aren't your conventional type and this is a larger property to renovate. ps. great vibe of the content!
Brilliant Video, what was the outcome of this then? I'm looking to get into my first investment property and deciding what I should and shouldn't be doing. These videos are helping alot! Thanks man
Great video Jamie - like the format, looking forward to more :) Will be interesting to see what you get for it at auction. I thought you'd be holding it, is the decision to flip to auction led by your investor's profile? i.e. you don't want to be leaving your own money in?
What do you think of this video?
Great vidoe! Amazed to learn you aim for anything more than 15% ROCLI, most are all about the 'All money out' or money back in 6 months.
Reflection room...Romance room... who would have guessed that property videos could be this much fun?? I just love love love your videos. Thank you Jamie!
Love this vid Jamie! Really interesting and I even watched it all the way through without yawning! Can't wait to see the price you get at auction :)
Hehe! Really glad you like it! I can't wait to see the results either :)
Great video mate, loving the 'Carwow' style editing on this one haha!
Yes!! Property reviews are the next car reviews ;) Got to play homage to different channels. Maybe a top gear style next?

Great video! I didn’t quite understand the difference between option 2 and 3 since in both cases the property was being re-furnished? Thank you.
Cheers, thanks for watching! Glad the video helped you!
Great video, good to hear your thoughts as you view the property. I did think I was on one of your alternative channels when I saw the biker jacket and the moustache.
It was Pedro my twin brother doing this video!
Great video and some great tips on what to look out for.
Thanks for watching!

Possibly so!
Great video! Would like to see the house after refurbished!
We sold this one I'm afraid

Great idea! Maybe just bungalows moving forwards!
Great vid, very informative!
Thanks Alex, hope you found it interesting!
22K to refurbish a 3 story -4 Bedroom house, seems so very very Low estimate. Everything needs to be done
Came in lower (at the time of course). Would be about £28k now

Do you think It is wise to sell the only buy to let property to pay off my residential mortgage (given the low net income form singel BTL these days)
No! Paying off your residential mortgage will hardly ever make sense in my opinion. Cheapest money you’ll ever get 💪
Jamie you never mentioned the security gates, dodgy area? Reminds me of when I lived in South Africa!
Not the greatest area!
Love the Homage to Carwow!
Absolutely! Looking to bring it into bringing the property world!
Great video!!!
THANKS Anthony! What would you do with this property?

@@JamieYork thanks man! How did you go about buying it so low too, I thought auction places was where you got them cheap haha!!
Not at the moment mate. Auctions are going crazy. Cheeky direct to vendor on this one through a FB ad
@@JamieYork This an easy route for first time investor or this more down a bulk buyer/experienced route. Thanks man

Just down to the profit margins on this one to be honest. It's our personal investment opportunity on this one :)
Will try and follow this in auction for the fun of it - good luck! www.auctionhouse.co.uk/westyorkshire/auction/lot/106284 Lot 35
whats wrong with looking at a church through the window ? its beater than a industrial property
You are right 100%, But it wasn't the prettiest church I've ever seen
@@JamieYork okay i can agree with you there
Bloody hell. £72k! It's cheap up north. How did you source this property? Romance room 🤣 goes perfectly with that tash.
We got this one from a Facebook Ad :)
I see you were into toilets a year ago then upgraded to bath tubs later 🙂. Badass jacket and stache by the way.
Great and informative video 👍
That tash was great!
