I would go with the purple grips too. Would be a nice twist and look good with the decals. 😊 Anyway, I like how it comes out. Hope the new owner enjoys his "new" bike and always stays save. Good video! ✌️
Looks great!! Out of curiosity, what do you call the L shaped basket mounting bracket/hardware as seen at 6:07 ? Trying to find a replacement piece myself without buying a whole new rack/basket.
I often wonder why you wash the bikes before removing wheels, derailleur etc? You partly dismantle it, wash it and then show the bike later fully dismantled. It it an editing thing?
I talk about this in more detail in a previous video, since this question keeps coming up. Basically, I just use the frame as a parts holder to get the worst of the dirt off and have both hands free while doing so. No easier way to clean your wheels than when they are still on the bike. But yeah, I can understand that it looks strange 😉
Canon fail or crackin fail The worst poorly made American bikes ever as a bike mechanic I have broken three frames on test rides after tune-ups they tend to break at the rear stay on drive side or cracking at the head tube some bike brands just need to go to the scrap bin
That looked brilliant at the end. ❤ The tan grips work well with the Billy Bonkers bronze tyres. 😎
Thanks! Yes, those two are a great color match! 🤎

Thank you very much! 💚🙌
wow, sharp af! 🔥
Thank you! 💚
Beautiful build Cannadale is a beautiful bike
Thank you! Agreed! 👍
That frame is in amazing condition.
It sure is! 😍
Excellent Shimano Altus C10 rear derailleur. In the 90s it was a very good budget option for our mountain bikes.
Yes, works like a charm! Doesn't always need to be all XT components 🙌
That bike turned out great!!
Thank you! 💚🙏
What a beauty, I've always been a Cannondale fan.
Thank you! Yes, same here! 😁🙌
Sharp!
Thank you!
Perfect work! Great bike
Thank you! 🙌

Thank you! Good question! Not sure what it would be called other than fork mount 😅
I thought you would choose a tan saddle. Still a great rebuild
Yeah, that was our initial thought, but we then agreed that it looked more 'balanced' with the black saddle somehow

Amazing job, which bb could be an option to upgrade the original one?
Thanks! Depends on what sort of upgrade you are after
@@bottoncino_bicycles I'm looking for a Hollowtech one?
Why no grease on crank arm spline ?
I usually apply it to both the bb arm and the inside of the crank arm, but appear to have forgotten one here
@@bottoncino_bicycles was not meant as criticism only knowledge 👍

Thanks for watching anyway
